Arzaga I was completed by Jack Nicklaus II, under the auspices of the Golden Bear design association, and is an 18-hole championship layout of international repute. From the tips, the resort's main attraction can be stretched to just shy of 7,000 yards, and only the beauty of the landscape matches the quality of the Nicklaus design. Spanning the gentle slopes near the edge of Lake Garda, Arzaga I is a terrific resort course that will be enjoyed by one and all.
South African legend Gary Player has added a nine-hole track that is another string to the bow of Palazzo Arzaga, and although it is only half a course, Arzaga II demands total respect. Player's remit was to create an experience that blended beauty and enjoyment, and the resultant inland links course is a true joy to behold.
