The estate offers three distinct accommodation styles, all reflecting the traditional charm of the Aquitaine region. The 16th-century Chateau, fully restored in 1991, houses 25 rooms with period features, exposed beams and antique furnishings that preserve the building's historic character. The Dependances, added in 1992, provide a further 22 rooms in a quieter wing of the estate. They're a good middle ground: still traditional in feel but a bit more tucked away if you want a calmer base. The Relais des Vigiers, opened in 2008, sits beside the 1st tee and features 40 deluxe rooms and suites with modern amenities and direct golf course access. If you're the type who wants to step straight onto the course with your coffee still warm, the Relais is the obvious choice.

All rooms are superbly appointed, balancing traditional French elegance with contemporary convenience. The Relais rooms are particularly suited to golfers who want to maximise time on the course, whilst the Chateau rooms appeal to those seeking a more historic, romantic setting. If you're bringing a bigger group, the mix of buildings makes it easier to match room types and budgets, with suites available in the Relais for those wanting extra space.

The Maria Galland spa, inspired by the renowned Parisian brand, features three deluxe treatment rooms, a sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, outdoor swimming pool and a well-equipped gym. It's an ideal complement to a day on the course, particularly for mixed groups or couples combining golf with relaxation. The outdoor pool is a bonus in summer, and the treatment menu is extensive enough to keep non-golfers happy for a full afternoon.

Dining is anchored by the One Michelin-starred Les Fresques, where regional Dordogne ingredients, foie gras, duck and estate-grown produce, are done properly with classic flavours and a Michelin-star finish. The restaurant is a genuine highlight of the gastronomic experience at Vigiers, offering tasting menus and à la carte options that showcase the best of south-west French cuisine. The estate's own dry white, red, rosé and sweet wines are available throughout the property, and wine-tasting sessions can be arranged for groups wanting to explore the vineyard's output alongside the region's famous appellations.
