Fantastic

Course was busy and there was some maintenance work underway but this was well managed and did not negatively impact our round. Lovely starter who provided some branded items before we set off which made us feel appreciated.

Slow players in-front however marshal did speed them up. Best course conditions of the trip. Range is irons only

Club house impressive and nice facilities, good restaurant, good locker rooms. The course has some good views of Dubai but quite a lot of construction work going on adjacent to the fairways/holes. Greens and fairways in good condition, quite a lot of water.

Nice course, though it was disappointing, especially with the heat that no water was available, not even at the halfway house

Golf a 10 out of 10 Caddy/Trolley Guys 10 out of 10 Reception and white collar staff 1 out of 10 Make sure you have a Uber App on your phone, outherwise you won’t get back. Nobody was able to call a cab and nobody cared !!! Very frustrating customer service upstairs. The Caddy-Guy Stephen from Uganda was the only one who really helped and supported and finally got us a 🚕

Superb course in great condition with some memorable holes. Best course we played.

The course was surprisingly quiet. We had a real mix of standards, so playing off the blues gave the highest handicapper so the opportunity to enjoy the course.

Great greens. A lot of building work rather spoilt the view and peacefulness. Excellent welcome and meal afterwards.

Certainly an easier course a mid to high handicapper can navigate without too many problems.

Dubai Hills was the last of the 4 rounds that we played during our break following Majlis, Dubai Cree and Faldo 9 hole floodlit. In our opinion Dubai Hills was in the best condition of the 4 followed by Creek, Majlis and Faldo. We had a 10:00 Tee time from the First Tee and were joined by a Brit expat member and a visitor friend of his from the UK. Reception and bag drop staff were excellent as were the Clubhouse and changing facilities. The clubhouse catering area was relaxed and clean with a view over the lake next to the 18th green and beyond to the Tee. The opening and subsequent holes were a great mix of doglegs, ravine and water carry’s and very enjoyable. The Green conditions were excellent with perfect roll and receptive to approach shots. Myself and my Son played 3 18 holes and a 9 hole and we went into Dubai Hills with him 2-1 up. Despite being 4 up at one point my Son fought to a halved match with Par on 17 a great par 3 with water from Tee to Green on the right then a Nett Eagle on 18 to halve the match and win the Race to the Hills. An absolutely fantastic way to finish our break and I would recommend Dubai Hills to any Golfer. Their is some building noise as the surrounding area is being developed and will be top class when completed, the homes being built look amazing, this did not detract from a great course.

Our favourite of the three courses we played - great experience all-round. Super course and greens. Some amazing houses all along the course as well as some interesting wild-life (oryx, humming birds as well as lots of other types). Only negative would be the construction noise, but did not spoil the experience. Very good 19th hole as well with amazing sandwiches!

We enjoyed everything about this course. In a few years when all the building work has been completed we would like to play again.

Great start to our trip, challenging but playable course, good facilities with on course refreshments available, massively needed the day we played!! Course staff and facilities were very very good.

Quite a young course and a bit of a building site on the back nine with new properties going up. Front nine was really good Fairways definitely needed some growth Greens good. We had a very nice lunch after our round. Excellent menu Friendly in the pro shop. Enjoyed the day but fairways need to lush up a bit.

This was another course in superb condition and great service and facilities plus I played the best golf with a added bonus of Arabian sand gazelle wandering the course

What an amazing surprise! Didn’t expect it to be quite as good…. Simply awesome !

Okay course ruined by extremely slow play. Finished in the dark. Again were problems with getting my son on the same tee time. Unfortunately disappointing having played the Jumeirah Earth course (which I rate higher than the Emirates course on which the Dubai Desert Classic was being played).

My favourite course in Dubai as easier to play than the others despite the tricky greens.

Although Dubai Hills is a newest course the facilities and the course were excellent. Would definitely play the course again.

Wonderful course completed, but on a major building site, with fairway villas and roads being built everywhere. Think when finished it will be one of Dubai best courses to visit.

Arrived and met by receptionist who directed us to buggies etc. She failed to tell us the correct route and that the buggies stopped if in the wrong area. After push back all went well. We played of Blue tees as the course is not overlong, but the greens were very quick and this is where the difficulty of the course is. Very enjoyable and good open course which will suit most golfers and ladies. Would certainly play again if in Dubai.
