If your situation changes and you are unable to travel to your destination because you or a member of your travelling party test positive for Covid-19, we will allow you to make a fee free* change to your holiday up to 7 days before your travel date.
Should you be unable to travel to your destination due to the FCDO advising against all but essential travel and you have booked a package holiday we will help with making any alternative holiday plans fee free*
However if no alternative is found we will issue you a full refund.
*Any difference in price or non-refundable charges from our suppliers would still need to be paid.
