Stayed in the château and really authentic if a little tired. Nice comfortable room although a problem with shower but an issue. Staff extremely helpful and friendly, breakfast, lunch and evening meals of a good standard.

Unfortunately for whatever reason we found ourselves for 3 nights in what is referred to as the Annex. Although being assured that these were the best rooms, they had no air conditioning and no windows that could be opened to let air in. It was extremely uncomfortable conditions to sleep in especially with the increased temperatures. Although after complaining fans were found for the room but this was inadequate as clothes and bedding began to get damp with no outside air flow. The usual buffet breakfast is no more and each morning the breakfast offered was bread, croissants, packet toast together with jams, tea, coffee and juice. Staff in the morning were on most occasions very rude. It came to a climax when having played our morning golf to find that the chef had something to do and left at 2pm leaving no one to provide lunch of any kind. We were advised to go to Dieppe, over an hour away. A meeting took place with management to voice these concerns and apparently we weren’t the only groups to have shared their views. Not a happy time.

A quaint & charming Chateau set in picturesque countryside close to the small town/village of Saint Saens. The Chateau is quite dated however it compensates for this in other ways e.g. location, restaurant, etc.

Golf course,as always, excellently presented and in good, but dry, condition. Rough and semi rough deep and lush and difficult to spot your ball if your unlucky to wander into it!! Overall very enjoyable.

No buggies in 36’ heat was no fun, some greens were damaged, but doesn’t detract from a testing little course. Having played it numerous times in previous years..Still a little gem.

Great course happy to play three rounds, shame the index 1 has lost its large tree which made it more of a challenge.

Absolutely no complaints at all about the course. It is in great condition. It is apparent that time and money have been spent on certain areas making the course what it is. Very enjoyable golf.

The club has no problem putting single players out at all times, which can cause problems. We even saw 3 people sharing out of one bag, but a chat with the receptionist soon stopped that. My wife & I really enjoyed our 2 rounds here. Can't wait to go back

A number of challenging tight fairways lined by trees & a number of water hazards. All in all a good course set in a great rural location.
