Being located right in the centre of the town is both a blessing and a curse for the hotel as it's great for access to the bars and restaurants etc but also VERY noisy as a result. The rooms are basic but clean and have all the essential facilities, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the continental breakfast is fairly limited but of decent quality.

One negative is the noise in the street until early hours of the morning every night which resulted in disruptive sleep. Radiators in the bathroom didn’t work which would have been helpful to have given the really wet weather we had over the 3 days so could have made drying clothes & equipment a lot easier. In one of our rooms the bed had a plastic mattress cover which made comfort & sleep, unpleasant.

Quirky room and typically French. Ground floor in an annexe so mostly quiet. Right in the middle of Le Touquet so plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from.

Always a good stay at the Red Fox. Location is fantastic and staff are great! The rooms have got better over recent years, air con worked well, room was clean.

I have been staying at the Red Fox for around 35 years either on golf trips or with my wife for R&R. We've also stayed at others, including the Westminster and Le Manoir. Although the breakfast is basic continental style and there is no restaurant on site, its location, right in the centre, surrounded by bars and restaurants is ideal. The rooms have been refurbished and although a little small when occupied with twin beds, are fine for couples and ideal for single person occupancy, which is what we now do on golf tour. The hotel is clean and comfortable, with friendly, helpful staff, but its the location that really sets itself apart from the others. We wont be staying anywhere else in future.
