Accommodation at Hotel Barriere Le Westminster
Opened in 1924, the hotel was named after the Duchess of Westminster, and was a meeting place of the great and the good of Paris, Northern France and even Britain in its early days. None of the glamour has been lost today, as the Westminster is still one of the most desirable hotels in Le Touquet.
Refurbished in 2020, the 104 bedrooms are beautifully appointed and are designed by the French architect Bruno Borrione to marry the principles of traditional Art Deco style and modern functionality. Striking pieces of period furniture are dotted throughout the hotel.
This special hotel is a classy central option for a golf holiday, where you will enjoy the grandeur that first put Le Touquet on the map.
Hotel Westminster has its own swimming pool, while the nearby beach is the place to try a wide range of water and adventure sports. The Spa in partnership with the cosmetic brand Nuxe proposes 6 refurbished massage cabins, a hammam, a sauna and a new fitness centre.

Air con not working properly and we ended up with room over delivery area and staff entrance so extremely noisy as we needed windows open ... room 110 Still would stay again but will book a different room now we know !

Lovely makeover and great location. The main disappointment was breakfast in a 5 star hotel - the hot food section was very limited and what was on offer was not well prepared - sludgy scrambled eggs, undercooked sausages. Not good enough.

Hotel and location is very good although hotel a little tied and I understand will be closed for major refurbishment. Drinks beverages etc.very expensive which put us off going to the bars.

I am delighted to report that our trip to Le Touquet and the Westminster Hotel went without a hitch and all our players enjoyed the golf courses and the hotel immensely. I would like to give my personal thanks to YGT for all your assistance which in no small way ensured the success of the trip.
It was unfortunate that Belle Dune and Wimereax had only
seven buggies available but with a little delegated volunteering we were able
to manage. I think the general consensus of our Group is to return next year
and I will be in touch with you later this year to discuss prices etc. In the
meantime thank you for all your assistance this year and for the discount voucher for next
year.
