Ken Kavanaugh, the original architect of the course at Longbow, was commissioned to refresh the layout, including an update to existing signature holes and the addition of a number of brand new holes. The same splendid scenery forms the backdrop of the magical course, with its mountain views, while updates include the reshaping of many fairways to make the course more playable.
The par-71 course at the Longbow Club can now be stretched in excess of 7,000, a genuine test even for low handicappers, but with a good range of tees it remains manageable for every Scottsdale golf holiday visitor.
