4 Nights, 3 Rounds
Sandos Griego is a handy, all-inclusive base in Torremolinos, right in the heart of the Costa del Sol and around 15 minutes from Malaga Airport. If you're booking a Spain golf break where the plan is simple—golf in the day, beach and bars afterwards—it makes a lot of sense.
You're a short walk from the town centre, about 15 minutes from the beach, and there's a free beach shuttle from May to September. Golf-wise, you've got plenty of choice within an easy drive, including Torrequebrada, Chaparral and Calanova. It's the sort of set-up that works brilliantly for groups and societies, especially if you want to keep costs predictable with an all-inclusive plan.
Off the course, expect a lively hotel with a full entertainment programme, plus pool time built in. It's not trying to be a five-star resort, but if you want a straightforward base for sun, golf and an easy run at the Costa's best-known tracks, Sandos Griego does the job nicely. If you're the type who'd rather spend the budget on tee times than marble lobbies, you'll feel right at home here.
Who is this for?
Golfers, couples and societies who want an all-inclusive Costa del Sol base near the beach, with plenty of courses within a short drive.
Who is it best for?
Value-driven groups who like a bit of atmosphere after the round, want food and drinks sorted on-site and don't need luxury frills.

After your round, the rooms are a comfortable base rather than a luxury hideaway. There are 417 in total, all bright and modern, with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom and a furnished balcony for a quiet drink after golf. Room types range from singles up to larger family options, which is useful if you're travelling as a society and want flexibility.
Each room comes with a private furnished balcony, ideal for sitting out with a drink and replaying the day's round. The rooms are designed for comfort rather than luxury, but they're well equipped and practical, which is exactly what you need when you're spending most of your time on the course or by the pool.
All-inclusive keeps the day easy. The buffet restaurant covers breakfast, lunch and dinner with international options and show-cooking stations, and the pool snack bar fills the gaps with lighter bites and cold drinks. In the evening, Bar Salon is the main hub, while Pepe's Disco Bar is adults-only if your group fancies something a bit later. In high season, the Griego Beach Snack Bar is a nice extra, with drinks and snacks included right by the sea via shuttle.
Beyond the food and drink, the hotel offers a full entertainment programme with live music, professional shows and poolside games. There's a swimming pool with sunbeds and parasols, two sun terraces and a fitness room. The free beach shuttle runs from May to September, which is a handy touch if you want to mix beach time with your golf without needing to sort your own transport.

Location was great. Hotel was run down, a bit dirty and the food was questionable.

The hotel is in need of a face lift, looks and feels very tired, the staff were pleasant but sometimes not overly helpful and in some cases quiet rude, the pool area is very small and I believe if any busier you would find it hard to get somewhere to sit, the bar service is very slow and they will close one when they open another one which if you are still sat around the pool it is a long walk to get a drink, the breakfast was the best meal of the day, the selection is very limited for your evening meal and the all day snacks are also limited to a couple of choices only, this hotel is rated as a 4 star unfortunately I would give it a 3 and that could be pushing it to be honest.

Excellent hotel for golf parties. It is a well used 4 star but was exactly what we required.

Just what we asked for, all inclusive for those that had a budget, and close to local pubs etc for those that wanted a bit more life.

Rooms very small and dated, bathroom inadequate with very little room bath rusted and with aged shower curtain. Mattress very thin and hard. Reception staff aggressive and unwelcoming
