The 4-star TorreMirona Hotel has 49 rooms, with 24 recently renovated. Rooms come with free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, an in-room safe and Rituals welcome products, so you've got the essentials covered for an easy golf stay.

A real perk is Spa Dubhé, which is reserved for hotel guests. It includes a Jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, thermal showers and a relaxation area, ideal if you're playing a few rounds in quick succession or travelling with a non-golfer who wants some proper downtime.

Getting here is straightforward. The high-speed rail station is about five minutes away by car and Barcelona city centre is under an hour, handy if you're flying into Barcelona or want to add a night in the city either side of your golf.
