The Woodenbridge Hotel features 29 cozy and well appointed en suite guestrooms that feature direct dial telephone, TV, complimentary wireless internet connection and tea & coffee making facilities. Twelve of the charming rooms also feature private balconies that overlook some of the most spectacular scenery you could wish to lay your eyes on. In addition to the hotel, there is also the Woodenbridge Lodge, which sits adjacent to the main hotel. Overlooking the River Aughrim, the Lodge offers all of the same comforts and facilities as the main hotel while being a little more secluded.
Dining options include the Four Vales Bar and the Redmond Restaurant. The vibrant Vale Bar is the centre of activity in the hotel and offers fantastic bar food from lunch time onwards. This is a great place to enjoy a relaxing bite to eat after spending the morning on the stunning Woodenbridge golf course. The Bar caters to hotel guests and locals alike and during the summer months live music sessions make this a great place to enjoy ‘the craic’. For a more refined dining experience head to the Redmond Restaurant which, commendably has won AA Rosettes every year since 1995. Contemporary dishes are blended seamlessly with traditional Irish cuisine to offer guests one of the best dining experiences in the Wicklow area.
As well as the ample golfing delights of the Wicklow and Dublin area, guests can sample some of the best fishing in Ireland. Fish the River Aughrim or Lough Dan while enjoying some of the most spectacular scenery in Ireland.

We have traveled many times as a group but this was the first time to leave mainland Britain. It would be fair to say that this was without doubt in my experience the best trip ever. Everyone we came into contact with was amazing, the hotel, it’s staff and the food were super, the golf course at Wooden Bridge is feature after feature with tricky greens and an wonderful river running through and around it. Would we go back? Absolutely!! Arklow Golf Links too was a fabulous golf course making the whole trip one that will live long in the memory.

The hotel was well equipped , the breakfast was of high quality and the staff were very helpful throughout our stay. The staff did try and establish why the tee times and dates of our visits to the first three courses were not as per the numerous booking confirmations supplied by YGT over a period of months but they could not find any communication from YGT that concurred with the tee times and days that the Hotel had in their system. The days leading up to our trip and the first three days were spoilt by the fact that I had to sort our tee times and days of visits whilst there due to the errors in the confirmations which I had been assured had been resolved on several occasions
