Hotel was fine, sky bar/pool closed. Odd set up in bedroom with glass saloon style doors into the bathroom.

Yes, it really a nice Hotel everybody that state said it was very good value for money. The breakfast was very good. The staff were very friendly. The rooms are very clean. I roll very nice thank you very much. The beds were a little bit hard but that’s about it.

Excellent location but twin room small for golfers sharing a room. Breakfast good and varied.

Hotel was nice. Rooms were terrible, dark gloomy. Could barely sit on the toilet it was so close to the wall. Shower was tiny and on top pretty much on top of the toilet. Very thin walls could here tv in the room next door as if it was on our room.

Really enjoyed staying here. Central location was excellent. Breakfast was good. Pool and Sky Bar were a nice bonus. Staff at the Sky Bar were a bit pretentious.

Central Hotel near everything. Spotlessly clean, staff fantastic. Only let down is the toilet/shower facilities in room.

Not a bad hotel. The pool bar for me was the big let down. No tops off table service only (which was painfully slow). It just all seemed like rules for rules sake. It was like being at school again. Could be a really good asset, but they need to know how to get drinks out quicker. On one occasion, we left after 15 minutes as no one had even been over to take orders!

Hotel was spot on. Room was comfy and spotless. Breakfast had every option you could think of and service was first class. We only used the Roof pool a few times. Would have been better if opened before 11:30am but being so close to sea we made use of that instead. Central location right on the front. Only negative was I was expecting parking. this hotel only provides limited parking for a small car. I used La Rampas a 5 minute walkaway which was secure and locked at night but at a cost of 16 Euro a day. Knowing my clubs and hire car were safe I was happy to pay this but something perhaps YGT could make customers aware or :).

Really nice stay overlooking the harbour, staff very friendly. Only had breakfast but good selection and nice. Right in the centre of bars and lots of shops and restaurants

I have been coming to this hotel for 10yrs its exactly what we require. Great location,great staff. I should of asked Jo Joiner to put us in the premium rooms thou, my mistake, had a great time.

Rooms were a little tight for space. Pool bar at the top is a fight for sun loungers. Hotel is clean and tidy, breakfast has a good amount of options. Was ideal for the amount of time we were in the room.

The hotel was very basic which is why it was 3 star .but location was spot on .for golf only 20 min to 30 min to golf courses and only 2 min away from restaurant alley.

Excellent location

Food was terrible, electric went off from 12 to 8pm and only got 1 drink as an apology and no hot food that day

Great hotel and rounds of golf! Hotel location could not be any better and the staff were excellent. Sky bar is a great for a beer with a view! Courses were excellent and no issues on checking in for the rounds (which I have experienced with other companies).

Nice hotel and good location on the beach front in the middle of the bars and restaurants. Hotel rooms were very basic with no iron or ironing boards which caused an issue, but apart from that very helpful staff and a nice restaurant.

Hotel location was excellent. Rooftop bar closed at 7pm just at sunset which was a bit bizarre. No shade on the roof and not enough seating. Room was small but comfortable. Could hear guests nextdoor coming and going.

Excellent location opposite the beach and right in the center of the town. Short walk to restaurants, bars, etc... Very friendly and helpful staff. Very comfy bedrooms and good breakfast choice. Really enjoyed our stay.

Staff were brilliant going above and beyond. The hotel is located perfectly turning right for Spanish bars, tapas and seafood or turning left for night clubs and bars with English football etc.

Rooms very noise

The Hotel El Puerto is a solid 3-star accommodation, offering a clean and friendly atmosphere. The staff were welcoming and always happy to help. Breakfast was a highlight, with a great selection to kickstart the day. Its location right on the seafront was ideal, offering stunning views and easy access to local amenities and the beach.

Very basic rooms. Bar staff lovely. Breakfast awful.

Room small with very little privacy for bathroom and toilet which was tiny. Shower was powerful and plenty of hot water though. Buffet breakfast was good but not open til 7.30am so we missed two mornings due to our early golf transfer. Packed breakfast poor quality. Sky bar and pool really nice with great views. Staff welcoming and helpful. Location great if you like busy resorts with lots of shops, restaurants and bars and being on the seafront.

I would say better than the typical 3 star Spanish Hotel. Great location, opposite beach, middle of Fuengirola, clean. Only used for sleeping.

Great location and perfect for our golfing needs. Breakfast was okay, lifts to the room are the only let down, small and very long waits.

It’s a nice hotel The rooms are a Tad small if sharing Breakfast good value and plenty choice I think the charging for basic room items should be looked at Ie kettle and fridge

The hotel was fine, good central location and rooms good. Unfortunately we went for half board and the choice of food in the evenings was very poor. I regret we didn't do B&B and eat out as there are lots of places close by.

not necessarily a hotel i would choose to stay at for a holiday, but perfectly adequate for a bunch of golfers. Lockers for clubs and staff au fait with needs of golfers. Bar in reception open evenings only. Breakfast adequate.

Very pleasant with helpful staff

Hotel is an excellent base for a trip, lots of good places to eat and drink within walking distance and the course all circa 20 mins.

The hotel is in a good location close to Fuengirola bars and restaurants and the beach. The restaurant on the beach opposite was unfortunately being refurbished so should be v good next time. (Colon) a tapas restaurant in town was the best and a short walk. The roof top pool is a big attraction with great views over the long beach. It could do with more shaded areas as sun lounges under the shaded areas get grabbed early. Service for drinks was good though the food on the roof top was poor. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel does not have an iron! You need to fill out a laundry service form with associated costs. If you do this on a Sunday they cannot tell how ling it would be to iron a shirt due to lack of staff in that dept. Waiting for a lift to breafast in the morning can be a challenge particularly if you are on the 16th floor. This is the 3rd time I have stayed there but next time I will try the Hilton.

Enjoyable stay, but rooms small we had were for sharing, very small bathrooms and strangely no bed side tables either. On balance I'd go to Fuengirola again but I'd go for a different hotel, if the choice was only this type of room
