We all really like this hotel, it has all we need. Comfortable rooms, good quality foods for breakfast. Close to the centre of Puerto Banus without being TOO close, 5-10 minute walk along the beach front.

Nice location, not too close to the centre but close enough to stroll into the town along the beach front walk to the harbour, bars and restaurant's. Didn't use all the amenities of the hotel but it all loked clean and well tended.

Took us a bit of time to find the hotel but really thought the hotel was very good. good breakfast and bar area. Overall a good hotel with a good location.

As described above great difficulty in getting a good room. Standard offering was in shade all day and backed on to lift shaft. Even after upgrading at a cost of €450 new room still backed on to a lift shaft! Finally got a good room after a fight! Breakfast was excellent in quality and choice. Buffet style dinner was extortionately priced

First of all the room could not be secured as the balcony door catch was broken and a very nasty hook and eye had been fitted which would keep noone out. We were offered another room but this had an identical arrangement. Otherwise the room was adequate. The hotel had piped "background" music in all public areas and was inescapable. The manager told me that this was Melia Group policy. We took half board and regretted it. The food was poor at best. The only evidence of cookery skill was in the scrambled eggs, which were cooked and presented properly. The rest looked crude and amateurish. The dining room itself looked more like a staff canteen then a 4 star hotel. Cheap and nasty tables and chairs with no table cloth at either breakfast or dinner. Overall, we hated this hotel and will never again use any Melia Group hotel.

All good except noisy guests in the next rooms --2 of our party were moved and we complained --the management talked to the those responsible and it seemed to work after that.

Very nice hotel, a little bit hard to find and the location leaving can get rather difficult especially when traffic is busy. The rooms, food, staff very good indeed.

Would struggle to find a better hotel for our golf trip, short stroll to Banus fun, short cab rides to courses, fantastic breakfast and comfortable, clean, big rooms.
