Known as the ‘Granddaddy' of Myrtle Beach golf, Pine Lakes is arguably the best established of any course in the area, and thanks to a recently completed renovation project, it is better than ever. Pine Lakes' location very close to the shoreline and the heart of Myrtle Beach also makes it very convenient.

Pine Lakes

Built on natural sand dunes within half a mile of the coast, the course at Pine Lakes Country Club was built by Robert White, the first president of the PGA of America and joint founder of the American Society of Golf Course Architects, for the opening in 1927.

March 2009 saw the reopening of Pine Lakes following a $15million renovation which encompassed the course and clubhouse, and the inimitable spirit of the old Granddaddy has now been rightfully restored. Measuring 6,675 yards, the course is a championship gem that is among Myrtle Beach's very best.
