Hi James yes fantastic time , the only problem was we thought the buggys were included which we had to pay for is this correct . We are also interested around the same time next year could you send us some options .,

It took some time to get all the party booked in. I believe they were having problems with computer system. We were checking in at 15.00 hours. My room was not ready. It took approx. 1 hour from arriving at the hotel reception to getting into my room. However all my party thought the venue was excellent and all staff were very helpful. We diffinately would return to this venue.

The location and setting of the hotel is beautiful and the staff are all very helpful and friendly. The rooms were adequate however we had issues with the showers water pressure and heat control which wasn't resolved after we brought it to their attention.He The biggest disappointment was the food. We were in halfboard, the breakfast was generally good but the dinner was very unsatisfactory, either cold or having to wait for food to be brought out, not keeping up with demand. The hotel did not deal very well with the complaint and nothing improved. Real shame as facilities are there just not up to 3 star let alone 4 star.

Lovely hotel with a beautifull location. Room was perfect, overall the hotel was clean and tidy. Excellent breakfast with all you can dream of. Good value for half board. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Only big disappointment was the Spa, which was just a tiny glass box of sauna for 2 persons and similar box for two as a steamer. Indoorpool was also tiny, not close to the saunas and hard to find. Spa treatment facilities good and the massage I did was ok. We would though like to return to the district and hotel.

Superb location. Staff excellent. Made an excellent job of looking after our disabled member of the group. Special mention to Beatrice. Upgrade to seaview rooms was very much appreciated. Best breakfast view in the Algarve!
