The hotel is amazing. It is enormous! We are not really sure that it is 5*. We found it quite demeaning to have to go to a water station to fill our bottles. Maybe the water should be provided FOC! Having said that the staff were great and for the most part very helpful.

Fabulous hotel very friendly and work hard to ensure everything is good, when Your Golf Travel failed to provide transfer from airport to hotel they provided…obviously at a cost

A concrete mausoleum completely void of any atmosphere. The buffet food was extremely average and bad value for money.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the H10. The privilige upgrade was well worth it with us availing of all the facilities and extras. Our only critisim was we felt room was small for 3 people but it was well situated for sea view and convienience to lift etc. Bathroom bit dated and would have liked a walk in shower formy 87 year old mother who had to climb into bath. If rooms refurbed it would really enhance stay.

Excellent in every respect but BIG problem with transport to and from airport to Hotel. Merc. Car could not accommodate golf travel Bags!! Don’t believe it!! We where travelling. With YGT! Needs sorting Out!!

Amazing. It is not always easy to make a group of 8 mixed golfers and non-golfers happy, but this was easy. Everybody is ecstatic about the food, the rooms, the pool, the staff. My wife said if was the best food and nicest hotel she ever stayed in. 20 out of 20. We will go again!!!!!!

Double suite was well appointed - clean, tidy and spacious. Facilities in hotel were spotless - garden, and pool area were both well maintained. Noticed there were lots of games for children and fitness sessions in pool as well as Tai Chi for adults. We opted for half board package - breakfast selection was superb and evening meal buffet was vast. We opted to also eat in Gaudi restaurant which was wonderful dining experience.
