Corballis Links Golf Club is located just 20 minutes north of Dublin and is Ireland’s only public course. The course was designed by renowned architect Ron Kirby and while one of the shortest you’re likely to play, it still offers an exciting links challenge for golfers of all abilities.

Even with the shortness of the course many still rank Corballis Links in their Top 10 courses around Dublin and is a great addition to a golf tour on the East coast of Ireland along with its neighbour The Island Golf Club.

Corballis Golf Links

The course underwent its first phase of redesign in 2007 which resulted in the complete removal of the 4th hole and extensive renovation of the 13th, 14th and 15th holes. In 2009, the new holes were introduced, running parallel to the coastline and adding to the challenges the course has to offer.

From the back tees, the course plays at just 4,624 yards, making it one of the shortest 18 hole courses in the country; par at Corballis Golf Links is 66. The length of the course may play into the hands of big hitters, but the course only features one par 5 and 7 par 3s, meaning accuracy is definitely more important.
