Located between the historic towns of Bruges and Damme, the Golf and Country Club at Damme is built in perfect harmony with the natural landscape, characterised by streams, grasslands and towering poplars.
Damme Golf & Country Club
The championship course was opened in 1987, having been designed by Dudok Van Keel, and measures 6,592 yards at its full length. The parkland layout is wrapped around a fantastic network of lakes, which represent the predominant hazards as you negotiate the par-72 test.
This woodland gem is the closest course to Bruges itself, and should certainly be involved in a golf break to the charming medieval town.
If you're still mastering golf's subtler techniques, Damme has a nine-hole academy course, which is the perfect place to hone your skills.
