Direct flights are available from London with British Airways & Air Mauritius flying directly from London Gatwick. Indirect flights are available with Emirates via Dubai from most UK airports. Short stop over times means that the travel time is not much longer than a direct flight.
Mauritius is a great year round destination, however the best time to visit for a golf experience would be the dry season which is from May to October. The weather warms up from October to December but does become more humid. January is also a great time to visit but can be prone to Cyclones.
Holi Festival takes place at the end of February into March for those wanting to add a bit of culture to their holiday.
