Golf Las Ramblas

This is a strange golf course. Carved into cliffs and ravines, it is very narrow and difficult to navigate playing it for the first time. This then makes it slow to play, because you are very unsure where to aim and having to hit multiple tee shots off tees. The condition of the course is fine, the greens are good, they have plenty of pitch marks and scars from old ones, but they are good in general. A buggy is essential on the course, due to the undulations and the need to sometimes drive forwards and find out where you need to hit a shot. This is despite having GPS on the buggies, which again is essential. There are a few holes that require 150/200 yard carry's over ravines, so you are likely to lose a few balls. The holes can be very interesting, but I think you have to like that kind of golf to properly enjoy this one. I personally wouldn't rush back here. Although knowing where to hit it the second time might improve my experience.

Short course but very tricky, will suite the lower handicap - great condition with excellent staff.

Again very slow 5 and a half hours, but staff great, very difficult course but stunning scenery

Tough course in the wind, very narrow. Take lot of balls. Difficult to stay on fairways as slopes almost always take you into trouble.

The course was overbooked We had a tee time 2pm No buggies still waiting at 3-10 pm so didn’t play as wouldn’t have finished the round
