Hotel Bonalba Alicante 4*

Six of us stayed for 5 nights. One of our party given an unclean room. Not happy. Notified hotel management.

The hotel is fine, but 25 mins into anywhere busy

The hotel was cosy and clean. Some of the staff was very hostile towards us (even though we was in queues at reception or bar they tendered to favour the Spanish people first) The location was fine for golf but only had one local small shop.

Lovely room and facilities. Staff very good. Down side was although we were only bed and breakfast we did wish to try hotel restaurant one night - unfortunately we were not permitted.

The hotel is fine for the money but the food is not so good!

The hotel was lovely Rooms comfortable and spacious balcony with table & chairs safe deposit box no charge and just 5min walk to golf course the quieter part of hotel his the sides left or right rather noisy facing pool

Location was good for golf a bit of a challenge for anything else. Taxis cost up to 65 euro to go to Benidorm/Alicante for any sort of nightlife

The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the pool area was also very pleasant. We did not get time to use the pool at the spa, although that looked lovely. Breakfast provided plenty of choice and all very tasty. If we had not gone there to play golf there was not much to do around the hotel and there were very few bars locally. We did however have a taxi to Sant Juan which is well worth a visit, with plenty of bars

Hotel was nicely furnished with beautiful pool area The bar was dark but the Batman excellent. Totally understaffed one Batman to 400 on Valentines night. Restaurant good breakfast but unappetizing buffet on Sunday evening Overall a good hotel but don’t eat there at night. We had to as neighboring restaurants booked out.

Good and friendly staff. Spotlessly clean rooms, bathrooms and pool. It was rather quiet so lacked a little bit of atmosphere. Very good breakfast though and comfortable beds.

Hotel was clean and pleasant, staff very friendly, location was very quite with a few bars and restaurants near by.

A very good hotel. Large bedrooms and public areas all of which are keep scrupulously clean. Staff are excellent and do all they can to ensure the comfort of guests. Minor criticisms that the evening buffet could be improved by offering a better variety of dishes and one morning a large coach party literally stripped the buffet breakfast of every morsal of food. Staff tried to cope but it was like holding back a swarm of locusts.

I have to say, one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in, rooms very nice, pool area fantastic, staff very friendly.

Friendly and efficient check-in and -out, staff were very personable and pleased to help. Bedroom was large and comfortable with good en-suite facilities.

The room was comfortable. There was a large outdoor pool which was out of use in February. The dinner menu was quite limited and remained the same for the 4 nights we spent there. there were only a very few guests staying although the hotel was huge. We had to pay for parking!

We had a twin bed room with a view over the pools. The room is well appointed and the beds were very comfortable . The bathroom was more than adequate , would definately stay here again. Three minute walk to the golf course and a further to a parade of restaurants and wine bars.

Clean,tidy and comfortable with helpful staff and quality and variety of food.

Very clean (pool, lobby etc) and rooms comfortable. Food in the a la carte restaurant on 1st night disappointing although buffet on 2nd night was superb and breakfast everyday was great. Hotel was very quiet (not many guests) and presumably why the buffet was not available unfortunately. Staff were lovely.
