With four championship courses, all contributing to one overall incredible experience. And it's not just the golf you can look forward to, the low-rise lodges take full advantage of the 900 wooded acres that are thoughtfully arranged in the natural setting. Innisbrook has also transformed the rooms and suites accommodation, providing a more appealing and modern look which will be completed by the end of 2018. With world class accommodation on top of PGA Tour standard golf, Innisbrook Resort will not be an experience to forget.

Golf Courses at Innisbrook, A Salamander Resort

Copperhead Course

Innisbrook’s outstanding collection of four distinct golfing experiences – all designed by E. Lawrence Packard – has long made it a favorite of professionals, weekend warriors, golfing groups and players who are just learning the game. Considered among America’s finest golf courses and woven into the natural fabric of the resort’s landscape, the Copperhead Course is home to the annual PGA TOUR’s Transitions Championship and offers Innisbrook’s most challenging golf experience.

Defined by tree-lined fairways and rolling terrain, Copperhead tests players with its many uphill and downhill shots, significant elevation changes and a variety of water-protected approach shots. The surrounding lakes, ponds and swamp lands are home to abundant wildlife, including bald eagles, alligators, blue herons, fox squirrels and many other types of water fowl. With the fairways and greens mostly free of traditional course-lined residences, Copperhead provides the opportunity to enjoy golf the way nature intended.

The Copperhead course at Innisbrook is ranked as one of the best courses in Florida

Island Course

With tight fairways, intimidating water hazards and abundant bunkers, the newly renovated and lengthened Island Course is considered by many to be as equally demanding as Copperhead. The extraordinarily picturesque Island has played host to numerous U.S. Open qualifiers and NCAA Championships and has also been ranked among the country’s top 50 resort courses by Golf Digest.

The course was the site of the first LPGA-sanctioned Legends Tour Open Championship and returned to the Island Course in 2010, proving that women professionals appreciate Innisbrook’s golfing experience as much as their PGA TOUR® counterparts.

North Course

In addition to its tournament venues, Innisbrook® offers two equally beautiful championship courses with less complex designs. Similar in terrain to Copperhead, the North Course is known for its beautiful par threes, tight fairways and an abundance of trees and well-bunkered greens.

It has long been popular with players who enjoy a more forgiving golf course. Recent course enhancements include additional yardage to selected par 4s and 5s, along with strategically placed bunkers and “waste bunkers.”

South Course

The South Course features a links-style approach, both in terms of rolling terrain and numerous fairway bunkering. The breezes from the Gulf of Mexico usually come sweeping across the wide open fairways, helping to round out a perfect foursome of golf courses. This is a comfortable course for the casual player or one just beginning to learn the game. Play from the back tees and it is as challenging as the North Course.

Irrespective of your playing ability, Innisbrook® offers a golf experience where you can enjoy yourself and have fun – whether it’s following in the footsteps of the pros or breaking 100 for the first time. The resort also offers expert instruction on how to improve your score on all four courses, and instills a newfound confidence in your golf game.
