Hotel is described as 4 star but I would say it’s 3 star at best. The rooms are very tired

ok average hotel. paper thin walls, lots of traffic noise especially at weekends. Rooms very plain but clean and tidy. Breakfast good.

Nice comfortable hotel on the waterfront. Slightly dated fittings (floor and bathrooms) but perfectly fine for a golfing trip. Great location overlooking the harbour with really easy access into the old town

Nice hotel- well positioned and near to the city( 15 min walk) We upgraded to marina facing rooms which were much better than the others facing the car park. My only criticism is the lack of storage for the clubs.

Superb hotel. Great facilities and we had both an early and late check in/out. Perfect for a golf trip

Great stay at the hotel everything was perfect nightlife good restaurant ideal location.. thanks to Tom for sorting for us we had a great time and to have won the Rory competition has just top it off we won’t book with anyone else your golf travel is a great company with great people thanks again all.

The hotel was enjoyable and convenient for all that we wanted. The rooms were OK - a little dated and rather small but this did not detract from the holiday.

Brilliant hotel for what we needed. Amazing location and great set up with the pool.

Generally an ok hotel - a few complained of uncomfortable beds, and those low down got a lot of external (and internal) noise overnight. The pool is in shadow in the afternoon and was a little on the cold side. other than that, ok.

Rooms were very disappointing and similar to a hostel. We even upgraded for an extra 50 euros and were still very disappointed. Transfers were poor. Late, very rude and took us to the wrong course so missed tee times

Friendly and efficient staff gave us a great welcome and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Great location 10 min walk to city centre plenty of bars restaurants in the aera the staff were very helpful would diffo recommend staying here was also very close to the golf courses

Major roadworks outside and many stag and hen parties there , so pool Side not very relaxing ..

Hotel a bit tired. But good enough.

All our group paid extra for an upgrade to a sea-view room but one of the rooms was standard with no sea-view.

Functional! Clean but tired rooms, slightly odd bathroom layout with little room to get out of the shower. However, excellent breakfast, super helpful staff and good location, despite all the road works. (but that's nothing against the hotel and will end.)

Hotel absolutely fine would have been a much better experience if there was not continuous roadworks outside. This is no fault of the hotel whatsoever or your golf travel. Room was lovely only slight issue was the staff at the pool bar were super slow even when the bar wasn't busy at all we ended up walking out twice as we were waiting 15mins for a beer!

Excellent hotel. Food choices for breakfast were excellent although scrambled egg could have been warmer. Ideal situation for going out in the evening. Within easy walking distance.

The hotel was in most areas 4*. The reduction is for road noise if you weee at the back of the hotel and the extremely annoying musac constantly playing in the lobby, bar and restaurants from breakfast to closing.

Very good, food okay but basic

All good, no complaints about anything.

All just about ok, on a golf trip you only need a bad and some breakfast and they were both ok. Shame one of our party had his wallet and other valuables stolen from the hotel reception area as we were leaving on the final day.

Both parties should have had Superior sea view rooms but this did not turn out to be the case - one party had the merest slither of a sea view so not great sadly. However, the rooms were comfortable and clean.

Ideally situated by the harbour and close enough for a stroll into the main 'Old Town'. Nice hotel although Lobby Bar was closed for the duration - maybe open in higher season.

It served a purpose

All very good and excellent location for Palma and golf courses. Lobby bar wasn't open all week but wasn't a problem for us as loads of bars and restaurants nearby.

Good location on bay front, room with sea view excellent. Problems with lifts not all working and causes waiting when busy times like breakfast. Not far from bars and restaurants. Also city bus tours pickup from across road from hotel.

Excellent very enjoyable

Really nice hotel, great location and nice pool area with terrace where you can have a great buffet breakfast overlooking the marina. Friendly staff although check in was a bit painful! Only real disappointment was the bar which is small and about midnight even though the hotel was full.

Ideal position for a golf trip, easy access to bars and a short walk to the excellent restaurants in the Old Town.

Great, modern hotel in a fabulous location.

Room size ok but Balcony was a disgrace. Being Golfers we always use the Balcony to store our clubs. This was near impossible to do, given the ridiculous size of the balcony. Drinks prices at the bar were excessive. Breakfast very good.

Good position although lots of traffic noise, disappointed to have to pay a room tax which was not highlighted prior to the trip. Lifts very slow and no storage for golf equipment.

Staff v helpful, transfer to airport at wrong time and made a few calls to fix up. Terrible and slow at check in , v bad system in place . Breakfast lovely. Rooms only ok

Very nice hotel but breakfast was disappointing. Staff were good.

Bedroom was spacious and beds very comfortable. Loved the long pillows. Bathroom was fine. No tea or coffee facility unfortunately. Breakfasts were very good. Lots of choice of food. Everything very clean.

the staff were helpful. The location was perfect for a party of 14.
