Originally constructed in 1886, the Welcombe Hotel is a magnificent Jacobean-style house whose grandiose character is still very much in evidence.
The façade has not changed, and the oak-panelled lounge and four-poster suites exude extravagant grandeur, but all this is perfectly complemented by the contemporary style of the garden rooms and the spa facility.

Accommodation at The Welcombe Hotel, BW Premier Collection
The 78 en-suite bedrooms are superbly finished, and are sympathetically decorated and furnished to reflect the traditional style of the hotel itself; some rooms feature original antique pieces, while the suites are perfect for a special occasion, designed around the incredible four-poster beds. The public areas are ideal for a relaxing moment, especially on the luscious sofas that are placed next to the open fires in the lounge.
There are also 7 bright, modern apartments at The Welcombe which are perfect for golfing groups or couples looking for that bit of extra space. The apartments consist of an open-plan living space, fully functional kitchen with an oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. Lots of storage and wardrobe space is available plus most offer a spacious shower and separate bath.
Food & Drink
The a la carte restaurant serves a mouth-watering menu of English and European cuisine, overlooking the stunning Italian gardens. After golf why not sit back with a drink in the golf bar and what the days sporting action unfold on Sky Sports.
Leisure Facilities
The Welcombe Spa is the perfect place to relax, refresh and reinvigorate. The complex includes a level deck swimming pool with an external vitality pool, heated loungers and foot spas, while the health and beauty treatment rooms are endorsed by the Cabor brand. For the more active visitor, there is a gym with cutting edge technology and an aerobics studio.
On a summer's day, the manicured Italian gardens are a beautiful spot for a stroll, and represent just part of the package that confirms how luxurious a golf and leisure break at the Welcombe can be.

Direct train services operate from Birmingham Snow Hill station to Stratford-upon-Avon, with a travel time of approximately 55 minutes.
food was great staff were lovely and the building absolutely stunning.

Having stayed here on a few golf breaks over the years we were very disappointed at the state of our bathroom where the enamel have peeled off half the bath and the whole room generally in need of refurbishment. The rest of our group (despite me being the organiser) had perfectly good rooms. Additionally we expected on a cold November night for the fire to be lit - this hotel has been famous for it lovely log fire. There was apparently a 20% discount off bar bills for hotel guests but this was not made obvious - no-one asked us when we paid £175 bar bill nor in the bar in the golf club.

Rooms cold no heating available, food was called Rib eye Steak that paid £15 supplement for but was not a Rib Eye other dishes at evening meal very poor breakfast ok, rooms ok just cold. Staff seemed unaware of what was required, bar staff ok

Early 20th building
Stunning building and beautiful location.
Dated decour but in keeping with the design of the architecture.
10 / 10
We were given a room upgrade which put us into an absolutely stunning suite, with fabulous views over the course and ornamental gardens.
We were treated to a nostalgic experience walking in the footsteps of the poet William Shakespeare. The grade II listed building - a Gothic Manor- adds a sense of grandeur to your stay.
The course is equally charming and well prepared with some tough holes to test all levels. The one downside was the slow pace of play with no Marshalls controlling it.
Everything about this venue screams "revisit" which we certainly will do.

Lovely old house, had issue's with our room but staff were fantastic. Dinner in the Restaurant was excellent. Spa is in a separate building and as the weather was terrible we didn't walk to it.
6 / 10
System down check in difficult. staff numbers very limited. restaurant did not have our booking, we could only get a table later on, service very slow.
I did give the hotel feed back. The room. bathroom had a strong sewage smell, the toilet flush handle was coming off the wall, one light over the sink not working the TV picture just juddered and rolled unable to watch.
8 / 10
Perfect for our golf society of 12 people. The location is ideal as only a mile from Stratford upon Avon. The hotel itself caters well, good breakfast and evening meal and bar. The only thing if I was being picky would be the bathrooms are a bit dated, but it’s a lovely old building. The staff were excellent, so would highly recommend it.
6 / 10
Unfortunately didn’t meet our expectations. From the get go the hotel looked tired and we were allocated a room which felt like one of the cheap rooms. On inspection our bath mat was mouldy and our bedroom door didn’t shut / lock properly. The staff weren’t unfriendly but they weren’t pro active either. The restaurant food was nice ce but unforgivable they’d run out of their main item - steak.
10 / 10
Excellent character old hotel.. fantastic rear gardens with tee box at the end.. well worth a visit…

6.5 hour round every day and the worst food we have been served on any golf trip
8 / 10
Really enjoyed it. Golf was good despite high winds & dry conditions. The worst part was a 6 hour round on the Sunday! This made it a rush afterwards to make dinner. However we would go again.
10 / 10
Food was excellent. Limited choice for the half board meal, but it was bistro quality. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and hot. Room was as expected, nothing to say. Beautiful terrace overlooking the 16th green. Service excellent throughout. Couple of niggles, the only decent beer was off in both locations, and I don't agree with 'cashless' venues - easier for the staff, not the customers.

Only issue lack of air con in rooms on hot weekend
10 / 10
It’s very rare that something is perfect. The Welcombe Hotel is just that. A truly beautiful building in a fantastic setting with wonderful staff. And I mean everyone of them! They want you to have the best time and we did, all 44 of us. The spa is lovely aswell, I used it twice and was very impressed. I would recommend this hotel to everybody. The golf review is just as good!!
8 / 10
Excellent staff who provided a warm welcome on check-in and in the bar. Room clean and comfortable
8 / 10
The hotel itself is a unique building with many period features sat in beautiful countryside alongside tge golf course. The rooms themselves are many and varied, some work with the features with large windows and high ceilings whilst others are a little more modern, all were comfortable and of an acceptable standard.
We found staff to be friendly, helpful and efficient.
Generally our stay was all that was expected with the added bonus of a period property.
10 / 10
Absolutely loved it here was alot better than thought was gonna be if honest. Hotel was like a castle!
8 / 10
Staff were excellent the food was a little poor
Breakfast was well overcooked even though we ate at 8 it had been sitting there for a long time
Evening meal was okay
My husband had the curry and it looked like a jar sauce
8 / 10
Hotel was fine but is actually separate from the clubhouse. We checked into the hotel after our round but were told that only the clubhouse has Sky sports. After the football we had then to walk along a pitch black lane with numerous potholes to get to the hotel. Not good!
We went to dinner on Sunday but our rooms were not on the list. The restaurant manager was very helpful and asked our rooms to his list. However on check out they said we owed them for the 3 dinners.
Explained we were on a package so meals were included.
Receptionist said he would take it up with his manager and we left.
Spoiled the stay.
8 / 10
Excellent hotel and staff. We planned a return whilst there.
8 / 10
The hotel is a beautiful building. Rooms were comfortable - exactly what you'd expect.
The spa facility was a good start to the Monday morning prior to our 2nd round of golf.
Evening meal was tasty, but a touch on the small side. The buffet breakfast was excellent.
Drink were pricey, almost £7 for a pint of San Miguel.
Staff were helpful.

Summary: Excellent Value!
One night stay with golfing partner in a ‘twin’ room. Ok if the two of you are fairly friendly! Beds right together. However they were comfortable …and the bath was good!
Trouble with Sunday night deals with golf is there always seem to be staff shortages or meal restrictions. However staff v friendly and food was fine.
Also, huge old buildings like this take a bit of running and they pull it off thanks to conferences and weddings I guess.
Bit of a trek to get to the golf club, but worth it.
10 / 10
Comfortable although on ground floor quite a few steps to negotiate & my room mate had a suite case I had to carry as she is elderly Food excellent each night Staff very helpful about sorting my table out to present my prizes on
Bar & restaurant staff very friendly

Overall this was a good experience. The hotel has a great history. Many of our oldest hotels can appear a bit ‘tired’. This is no exception but don’t be put off by that. It is a splendid building in an outstanding location. The Spa is excellent. Congratulations to Best Western in recognising the value of investing in this wonderful monument. I have given 5 stars across the range. By modern standards it is not a 5 star hotel. There were minor issues, a bedside light bulb, TV reception one of the rooms but the reception staff were helpful. I would return.
8 / 10
Lovely hotel, but the evening meal was extremely disappointing. We were restricted to £24 on a la carte menu or a 2 course table d'hote menu with 3 basic choices for each course. We choose from the table d'hote but the portion sizes were very small. We are 4 slim ladies but left the meal hungry as the portions were so small.
This restriction was not mentioned when we booked and I would welcome your response to this.
6 / 10
The hotel is a lovely old building and we visited 11 years before. It looks like no money has been spent since then. The spa looks dated and was previously best in class and the hotel looks like it needs new carpets, paint and TLC. The staff however were excellent. Special mention to Tristan on reception who was amazing.
Sadly there was one other major inconvenience for golfers. The hotel and golf course are not connected by road which meant a half mile walk OR a 25 minute, 10 mile drive due to roadworks on the road outside. Not the fault of the hotel but also not ideal for golfers.
6 / 10
Big swings in terms of positives and negatives for this hotel.
Staff - no where near enough staff and sadly the vast majority of them were simply incredibly rude and inefficient. The reception staff especially were incredibly unhelpful about anything.
Location - in terms of proximity to the lovely town of Stratford Upon Avon then absolutely perfect as only a mile away. But we booked this hotel as a 'golf hotel', which unfortunately, it is not. It is golf adjacent at best. You have to walk for 15 mins from the hotel to the golf course. The walk is down a single carriage private road, so when a car approaches, you have to basically get in the hedge with your golf clubs to let them pass.
Room comfort - the rooms were perfectly nice. Only problem was that they weren't that big and there was nowhere to store your golf clubs in the room so they ended up taking a lot of space. Again, not something you would usually experience in a golf hotel.
Quality of bars and restaurants - this fluctuated. The restaurant food was very nice but the portion sizes were tiny so you left hungry. You could add on a dessert but that would set you back £9 for a frozen piece of lemon meringue pie. The bar (there is only one) was very poor. Seating area was comfortable and there was a good selection of drinks. The problems were:
1 - only one maximum (as often there were none) staff member was serving at a time so when the bar got busy it took ages to get a drink
2 - after 10pm you were not allowed to pay for drinks at the bar, you had to order your drinks and then go and pay at reception by putting the bill on your room. This meant queuing twice and often the bar staff member was the one who then had to go to reception meaning that everyone was waiting longer.
3 - the bar closed at 11pm and they were incredibly aggressive about that. You will receive a reminder from roughly 10:15pm onwards from the staff member who's job it was to collect the glasses.
Value for money - judge for yourselves - £6 for a bottle of corona, £4 for a diet coke, and so on....
8 / 10
Lovely hotel in terms of setting and presence. Check in was very slow due to there only being one member of staff on the desk. All in all though the hotel, accommodation, food were all very good - breakfast was excellent.
8 / 10
Hotel was very nice and the food was lovely. The only downside I would say is the spa was closed for 2 days maintenance when we visited and we were not I informed beforehand, which was very disappointing.
6 / 10
Lovely location. Unfortunately a little tired and need of a coat of paint. Our room overlooked the kitchen entrance and we were woken at 5.30am by deliveries. !!!
Lovely staff but unfortunately wouldn’t stay again.
8 / 10
Bedroom good - great view over the garden. Bathroom a bit tired - sealant around bath etc needs replacing. Good toiletries and tea/coffee options good. Also quiet and windows opened to get fresh air. Spa was excellent - shame we didn't have more time to use it longer/more often. The Victorian public areas - dining room/bar quite impressive. Dinner was average - beef slightly dry and portion size small but staff very attentive. Breakfast buffet very good - lots of choice and frequent replenishment.
8 / 10
Good hotel just a shame about the road works outside on the A46 which you need to be aware of if travelling here
8 / 10
Great course, food decent some issues with efficiency of staff and availability of crockery and cutlery in restaurant.
8 / 10
The neo-Jacobean hotel was beautiful. Interior, could do with an upgrade. We stayed here a few years ago, and I don't recall the interior of the hotel was like this. Fresh carpets, better quality bathroom fittings, would go a long way. Overall, lovely hotel, lovely stay.
8 / 10
Great hotel with all the usual facilities, food was good but table service for food and drinks was very slow, there was a wedding on the Saturday night and they ran out of breakfast food on the Sunday morning
8 / 10
All good drinks very expensive - bit slow at dinner.
8 / 10
It’s a grand building and leaves a lasting first impression. The pool/ spa area was good.
The rooms were very warm and no air conditioning means you only get use of a fan.
The restaurant service was a little slow and I felt they were under staffed. That said the food was good and the staff were very friendly.
10 / 10
The hotel is beautiful and was an absolute joy to be there, unfortunately there were a few occasions of disappointment, with 16 of us there, most choosing soup for starter, there were no bread rolls on the table, instead the staff brought them out after serving everyone which had taken some time, by which people had given up waiting and eaten their soup or those who waited had tepid soup by the time they got the roll, one player asked about it and was told by the young waiter “I’ve only got one pair of hands “, a more seasoned waiter would probably have apologised and said he would rectify as soon as he could. On the other side of the coin the braised beef was absolutely stunning and the accompanying vegetables and potato made it a very enjoyable meal. As for the bar staff, one player went to get himself a pint and the barman ( there was only one there) told he “you’ll have to come back later, I’ve got 7 coffees to make”!! Which vexed the player somewhat, not because he wasn’t served straight away, it was the attitude of the staff. I spoke to the restaurant manager and he was in agreement and went and spoke to the barman. Post meal was great, we had a bunch who wanted to play a game of poker ( fun chips ), and the staff were great even reorganising some furniture to accommodate them. The buffet breakfast, having been to other places, quite good with a good selection. Some of our players used the swimming pool etc in spa and reported back that it was very good. Would we stay again? Probably not, purely because there was only the one golf course ( it’s nice to have 2 to play ). Would I recommend the hotel? Yes I would, it’s a stunning old mansion.
6 / 10
We understand they were very busy but the service level in the restaurant was disappointing
10 / 10
The hotel was fantastic. The course was a challenge for all of us and given the weather was in great shape. Everyone would be keen to come again.
8 / 10
Showers in bathroom dated.. Staff were a little stretched when busy.. Overall pleasant experience. Shame about the roadworks on road outside hotel as created a long journey for taxi 3 times price for return from Stratford
8 / 10
Service in the bar and at night was very slow.
10 / 10
Lovely hotel! Even had a room upgrade to one of the apartments after we'd checked in at the GC.

8 / 10
Beautiful hotel and location, seemed limited on drinks in bar, food was average in restaurant
6 / 10
Some problems
Sandwiches not available until 12
Tried to charge for third course
Menu choice not very wide and little change between 2 nights
We pre ordered but menu changed second night.
Staff not aware we had pre paid.
Tuesday lunch at golf club not available except sandwiches.
One room not cleaned and when requested told no housekeeping staff available.
Single charge for widow on her own was high
One couple booked extra night and no discount offered for being part of this large society.
Overall, there seemed to be poor communication between staff and between hotel and golf club
8 / 10
Room was very nice, drinks and bar food very expensive, staff very good.
8 / 10
A very comfortable hotel n stay. Staff were excellent and always helpful. Food was good with decent choice and nice bar area. Nice spacious room no Aircon so b hot when it's in the heat wave. Old tyle Hotel but excellent.
8 / 10
Clean and comfortable hotel located in an impressive stately home with lovely gardens though building looking little worn. Great views from bar and restaurant over manicured gardens and down to golf course.
Course not directly accessible from hotel, you need to drive round to clubhouse.
8 / 10
Great location. Staff were excellent. The hotel just needs a facelift as the carpets and rooms are a little dated. Everything was clean and tidy though. The bar was small but well stocked!
10 / 10
A classic English manor hotel. The hotel sits in a beautiful natural surrounding with spectacular gardens. The rooms are large and very comfortable (I especially enjoyed the fantastic water pressure in the shower). You are made to feel welcome and appreciated from the moment you arrive.
8 / 10
The hotel itself is absolutely stunning with a real sense of history and grandeur. The rooms are spacious with fabulous views of the golf course. Nice bar & terrace with friendly attentive staff. We did not get an opportunity to use the spa facilities.
4 / 10
Not very clean is first point.
Bar staff not good
Cold food for
Both dinner and breakfast. One of our meals has to be returned and exchanged
10 / 10
Very friendly staff. They provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere and the food was delicious
8 / 10
Great hotel. Only criticism was the bedroom was cold and there were no controls to adjust the temperature.
8 / 10
Stunning hotel, especially when you’re finishing the 16th and have a view of it in the background. Rooms are comfortable and the food was nice in the restaurants despite the bar shutting early and having limited beer options. As a hotel guest you get to use the Spa which is brilliant - a real highlight and very needed after 3 rounds of golf - jacuzzi, sauna, steam rooms etc!
10 / 10
The hotel and spa were great. My wife loved her spa treatment. All staff throughout were friendly and helpful. The bar is pricey both in the course and hotel £6.95 for a bottle of fruit cider.
8 / 10
Excellent spot for our golf break.
4 / 10
They appear to be very short staffed which led to slow service. As a result our dinner reservation was moved from 7pm to 8:45pm and we were then put in a conference room and forgotten.
8 / 10
Been to the Welcombe for our last 4 golf trips. A great venue, lots of history, good facilities. Food is good but not sure about carrot and orange soup though. Can also be a bit quiet. If you are looking for somewhere more lovely this would not be the place.

10 / 10
The hotel was just a pleasant place to stay full of history if you are interested.
The one thing to note that the entrance to the actual hotel is not the entrance to the golf course even though it does say golf on its sign.
The golf course was challenging but enjoyable.
We arrived at the golf club ready for a good cooked breakfast but were informed they could only offer a bacon roll, we had a bacon roll.
On finishing our round on the Monday & returning to the club house very wet & hungry, we were informed that there was no food even though we had asked before we played if there would be food available. We were told that they could make a sandwich but on return we were told that the kitchen was being cleaned.
We have not visited a golf club before with no choice of food pre round & no food at all post round.
Definitely worth a visit but check availability of food at the club house first if you know you are going to need some.
We maybe could have gone back to the hotel but we had checked out & were very wet & cold.
6 / 10
Very tired, in need of refurbishment throughout, bedrooms ok , Dinning experience very poor, staff not helpful , and couldn’t raise a smile, or a good evening or good morning, would not recommend this hotel.
8 / 10
Lovely hotel, nice staff, good food, we were very impressed. Bar was small though, not much choice
6 / 10
Overall the hotel was OK drinks were expensive, rooms are tired but comfortable.
8 / 10
We arrived late in the day and left very early the next day, so we didn't really have chance to appreciate the experience.
Excellent staff and service, though we had to queue at the bar for a while, so not sure if it was just very busy, or understaffed ?
we asked for an early breakfast / sandwiches to take-out and we were assured there would be something for us, but only pastries and fruit were available
6 / 10
Comfortable room but long way to walk from reception area, including down two sets of stairs. We’re woken by large supply lorry reversing down road near rooms at 5.30am with beeper sounding. Also on second night, were disturbed by loud buzzing which turned out to be fire door in corridor vibrating. Otherwise, everything good.
8 / 10
Couldn’t fault the rooms, the staff were very pleasant and the evening meal was very nice. Overall, very good value.
10 / 10
We went to play golf with a one night stay. The golf course is a good challenge, and enjoyed playing it. The restaurant was good, with covid restrictions in place, it was still good, but the full breakfast was not quite the usual experience we are used to, particularly if you like buffet style. Accommodation was very good, and entirely appropriate for our short stay. Lovely building and surroundings gardens.
10 / 10
Excellent food, polite and helpful staff and a nice comfortable bed at the end of a long day on the golf course. I would definitely stay here again.
10 / 10
Huge Double Room, wonderful views over the gardens at breakfast. All the staff were fantastic and the quality to detail superb. A Grand Hotel in a beautiful setting.
8 / 10
Lovely old manor style hotel, with nice views etc. Clubhouse not walkable from hotel. Food was average, but facilities very good.
10 / 10
Staff were brilliant from the moment we checked in,the bar, restaurant and especially Spa people - always so friendly and helpful. Checked in early which was so helpful given an afternoon tee time. Very quiet in the hotel but enjoyed the bar and restaurant and evening meal very good and generous allowance from our package. Couldn't fault the hotel or its staff.
8 / 10
Beautiful hotel, we stayed in the older part, it was lovely but no view other than rooms opposite. However it didn't spoil our stay, the room was clean, well equipped but the bed needed a new mattress, (we did tell the hotel), it was warm, comfortable perfect for one night.
10 / 10
Beautiful hotel, particularly at Christmas. On a golf thing, good selection of lagers and beers. Fantastic food but small portions so you need to eat before if you are a hungry person. We had pizza at midnight as we were all starving. Good size rooms, comfy beds but the bathrooms desperately need replacing. Excellent breakfast. Not really sure what all the fuss is about with the car park barrier and the code, there is nowhere else to go.
10 / 10
Very comfortable and stylish.
10 / 10
Hotel very impressive and in lovey surroundings. Staff in restaurant very efficient. Couple of criticisms with regards to the room, the telephone didn’t work and when we told reception nothing was done, we also had no reception on mobile phones in our room! Felt it could be a little dangerous!
8 / 10
Stately Home. dating back to the 15th Century , very good atmosphere. Very welcoming.
8 / 10
The hotel is a little tired but did a good job overall.
8 / 10
The hotel has a stunning entrance, reception, lounge, staircase and dining room. The rooms that YGT booked for us were all excellent and in the main manor house. It would have been nice to have been provided with some bottled water as the cold tap in the bathroom ran warm all the time and perhaps a fridge/mini bar for a hotel of this standard would have been welcome. Otherwise very good, very comfortable bed. The dinner was perfectly acceptable, a choice of three starters, mains and sweets. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, we sat down to eat at 8.15, so not late, and various things had run out or were not available. The cooked buffet was OK but rather undercooked and only luke warm. But, as value for money overall with the golf break it was very well received. The staff were all very efficient and friendly.
10 / 10
From the moment we arrived the service was excellent. All members of staff made us feel relaxed and comfortable .The quality of the food in the restaurant and bar was first class with service to match. Our rooms where spacious and modern and serviced by friendly and efficient staff. All in All First Class
10 / 10
Fantastic all round. Drinks are a bit pricey would be the only negative.
4 / 10
Check in was efficient and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was very poor - my Sirloin steak was full of gristle and tough. My wife ordered Coq au vin and was served a piece of chicken wrapped in bacon unlike any Coq au vin she had cooked.
Breakfast was passable although the juice was watered and weak.
Altogether a disappointing result from a Hotel for which we had high hopes.
8 / 10
Excellent hotel in convenient location. Very clean and comfortable rooms, good food. Drinks a bit expensive as at all hotels !
6 / 10
The venue is great and the hotel is very atmospheric. However, the standard of the room in which we stayed left much to be desired and the overall service levels were OK but sloppy and lacking attention to detail. For example, a room booked as a twin was set up as a double, the TV remote control was intermittent, the shower screen did not sit properly on the bath and had to be wedged shut. The sink in our companions room was cracked and the final accounts presented to us were inaccurate and only corrected when challenged. These are all things that can be addressed and would have chaged a satisfactory stay into a rewarding one.
8 / 10
We had a great weekend thanks - one of my playing buddies even got a hole in
one on the 2nd! I’ve never seen one before, so that was a thrill.
The tee times were actually a little bit off those that you
had emailed but it wasn’t a problem as we still had plenty of time/light to
finish all 3 rounds.
The golf course was enjoyable and good fun for all
abilities. It wasn’t too long but you definitely have to think about your tee
shots. It was certainly easier when playing rounds 2&3 as quite a lot of
the tee shots are blind and the golfer benefits from having played once before.
The course condition was pretty good considering all the
rain in the preceding week and the greens in particular were especially
good for this time of year.
We didn't stay for too long in the clubhouse after each
round but it seemed nice. It’s worth noting that the golf course is a little
way away from the hotel, so you have to drive to and from. The pros were very
good, courteous and managed to be flexible with our tee times.
Hotel rooms were decent. A nice touch was having Apple Macs in the room
to watch TV or browse the internet at no extra charge. Free WiFi throughout the
Hotel was also a bonus.
Facilities were excellent, especially in the spa so we spent
a good few hours in the various treatment areas and in the gym.
While the food on offers was tasty, it seemed like they were
trying a bit too hard, and the extra charges for some dishes were a bit on the
steep side. Having said that, the setting and the hotel itself was very grand,
with lots of huge reception rooms and plenty of olde-world charm. Drinks were
obviously quite expensive in the bar, but that is always to be expected in a
hotel.
My overall verdict would be a very good 8/10. I don't
think we've stayed in a better equipped hotel (this is our 5th annual golf
trip) and although I've played more challenging courses, I think it probably
suited our handicaps (8 to 28) well.
Your Golf Travel’s service was excellent. There was no
need to re-check with bookings (as I am known to do sometimes) as I felt
confident all was taken care of. I would recommend you guys to friends for
sure.
