24 of us Arrived around 5pm to a welcoming reception.allocated twin rooms which were small but very clean and nice bathrooms.allocated twin rooms bar areas and entertainment areas were clean and well equipped all staff in all areas were friendly and food was exceptional in restaurant with fresh food being cooked all the time. Just a 5 minute walk to beach and bars ideal location.

Great hotel great food Couldn't have asked for more.

Clean, comfortable, truly all-inclusive. Lovely roof-top pool & bar, great food in the snack bar as well as restaurant. Short walk to sandy beach for med swimming - towels provided by hotel. Would have been nice to have golf club storage on the ground floor instead of using our bedroom.

Clean and food good

This is the first time we’ve stayed as a group in an all inclusive hotel, it’s definitely the way forward. The food was excellent accompanied with never ending very good wine. The whole of the staff were attentive and friendly from the maids to the management and we will be going back again for sure

We booked for two ladies to have twin beds We had confirmation from you that’s what was booked which they didn’t and the Hotel Told us it was definitely not asked for which was poor on your part.

We ( two couples) just had a very enjoyable stay. The two men are golfers. The hotel is very good. Very friendly helpful staff. Lots of choice at the breakfast buffet. Two very good pool areas, especially the adults only roof pool. Close to the very nice beach, and to bars and restaurants.

Would not recomemend as an all inclusive. If you are in a group They would onl y serve you with two drinks which caused much longer waiting at times ( 15 to 20 minute. To be served ) Food plentiful. But hot breakfast were cold These issues were voiced by many guest and the manager Showed no interest In resolving With better management could have been easily resolved

The hotel is a little tired but the staff and food are fantastic. Great location for golf and beach.

very nice hotel one fault room walls too thin heard everything from next door at all hours. clean and kept clean. very disgruntled driver eventually turned up at airport not friendly at all. he said he was pushed for time and his driving to santa ponsa was horrendous. no golf clubs on arrivallooked everywhere.on monday morning at 9 oclock hotel was able to contact hire company as i had no number and they did not have mine. they refused to deliver so i myself had to get a taxi to airport to meet rep and take delivery of 6 sets of clubs and my compatriots went strait to santa ponsa as our firts tee off was at 1110. the round trip cost me 100 euros.when i met the hire rep he told me where he was the night before , but whn i met hime it appeared to be only 20 yards from where our bus picked us up!!!!!!!. not a good start to our trip. i am 76 years old and i can do without this hassle as it affected me nearly all week. i also had to drop the clubs off at the same location but the coach driver would not assist again frustration and me als were quite irritated by this. i had to carry six sets of clubs from departures to arrivals to meet up with hire rep. not good.

Good comfortable hotel in good location. Excellent base to use for golf but as we didn’t take up the all inclusive option we didn’t use all the facilities.

Very good hotel and the all-inclusive available was of a high standard, We never ate out which is the best compliment you can give all-inclusive. Staff were excellent throughout the hotel and the range of facilities very good. Evening entertainment was average but considering it was October they did well.

Very noisy hotel, walls paper thin. Could hear everythung in adjoining rooms and corridor.

Fantastic trip with 30 lady golfers. Booked for April 2020 but finally travelled in April 2022!! Thanks to Barry Ross at YGT for rearranging this trip twice due to Covid restrictions. All Inclusive hotel was excellent value and comfortable rooms Private transfers to golf clubs worked really well. Close to beach and other bars and restaurants. The whole group had a great time.

Hotel facilities good and located well near beach and town. Unfortunately the customer service of reception was not to the standard of previous visits. Some confusion over our booking Dinner, bed and breakfast even though our documents were clear.

Accommodation was up to the mark with fridge and tea/coffee making facilities and all BBC and ITV channels in our room. The hotel was kept very clean and the staff were well trained and very helpful.
