Pretty good, but for the price disappointing that the rooms didn’t have a kettle or a safe. Fantastic ambience and a sense of history and golf greatness around the place. The good view room was good even though it cost us €50 for the upgrade even though the lodge was half empty. Also the clubhouse bar was shut so felt we missed out a bit on the experience, but a bucket list event nonetheless

Noise at the hotel kept us awake until the early hours. Complaints to reception staff was met with sympathy and apathy. Disappointing. The other staff in the hotel were fabulous especially in The Bay Window and at breakfast.

Stayed here before but was not disappointed with our longer stay 4 days this time.. Pro-shop is well stocked with memorabilia.. Had breakfast in arnies lounge which was great. After golf the mens locker room has been redone and it looks great.

Very much a lodge, rather than a traditional hotel, but it felt like you were right in the heart of a golf club and the whole club felt a wonderful homage to a great golfer and good man. The locker room bar and our meal in the Bay Window for dinner were the highlights.

Overall you need to visit Bayhill for its connections with Arnold Palmer and its history. As a hotel experience its ok but nothing that special. As many have said, the lodge / rooms are dated but clean. We did not eat on site but you need to expect to pay big prices for the privilege of benign there i.e we paid $15 for a glass of red wine in the bar !!! bears $6 - $7 which is a little better. In summary though, the building is full of history and special memorabilia so is worth a visit.

It’s a bit like stepping back into the 1970s or something. Very old fashioned but in a good way.

Lovely as it was so nice to see tradition & that’s what this place is all about tradition NOT Mod Coms!!! Staff were lovely & always smiling & wanting to help in any way. The history of Arnold Palmer is everywhere & it’s lovely that they have kept this up & the changes of “Modern” are so discreet. Golf Course was amazing the best & hardest course I have played. The course was beautiful so manicured & again all the touches are there. Whilst it is expensive I would fully recommend this on any golfer or non golfers bucket list. If we ever have the opportunity again we would definitely go back. I would avoid Summer due to the Florida thunderstorms as there is a very strict policy in place as any sign of lightning (even if there is none) & u are not allowed to play until a certain radius is all clear. Wonderful experience & the Golf Travel we’re fantastic with arranging my booking & I will be using them again.

Well, the final leg of our Tour and what a way to finish. The place has so much nostalgia, history and memorabilia from Mr Palmer's golfing career that you cannot not be inspired. The Rooms were lovely, the staff very friendly and helpful as in all the places we stayed.

Once again, horrendous experience with pre authorisation payments. They took £300 off my card on arrival which was agreed and over the next 2 days proceeded to take a further £1100 although i had only spent $42 in total. When questioned they said it will go back within 10 working days. Completely unacceptable.

It’s Arnie’s Place! Such a relaxed atmosphere, all the staff had your interests in mind, always attentive. Golf course was great, near had a bad lie and greens just rolled and rolled. Must visit, even if only once for any golf fan.

What can you say about about Bay Hill ! The place is outstanding, from the moment you arrive the staff are all over you being so helpful and wishing you an enjoyable time.... spending time in the bar at night with all the old photos surrounding you just captures your eyes as to everything about Mr Palmer and his career playing golf..... it was amazing..... The starter is first class, as one of our friends gave him some lines to say as he welcomed you onto the tee, this just made the day even more fun.... Out forecaddie Tripple “E” was brilliant, the course amazing, my 3rd visit and the best overall condition I’ve had yet, can’t see it being any better. The rooms of the lodges were first class, being excited to play the course we woke at 5:30 to sit on the balcony watching the sun come up with the army of staff working away preparing the course, great to see the green keepers hand mowing the greens.... Great time had by all

A fantastic hotel - service is consistently above expectation, and room size/comfort was excellent. It truly felt like a 'home from home', and proximity to International Drive, Disney and Universal were an added bonus.

Fantastic bucket list experience. Golf and the faculties in superb condition. We felt a bit ripped off by the cost of the caddie. We were expecting €40 each (plus tip) with a caddy each but we had one between 3 of us and got charged €60 per bag (€180 total), which considering that we were in buggies so no bags to carry seemed a bit expensive. Course in fabulous condition and great to follow in the footsteps of the modern greats

The championship course was amazing and in fabulous condition. It’s well manicured and tricky without being contrived. We felt privileged to pay it. Watch out for caddie charging (compulsory Oct - April) which can be established in the pro shop prior to the round. You might need cash for this and there’s no ATM on site.

Well its Bayhill and needs to be played ! We had a forecaddy called Duke who was a real help navigating the course and helping with club recommendations. Unfortunately buggies were not allowed onto the fairways as we were within a few weeks of the Invitational tournament being played which does make things a little tricky if you find yourself on the wrong side of fairways with the wrong club. As you would expect, the course was in nice condition and the greens a pleasure to putt on IF you can read a line. As I say, its Bayhill and needs to be played by real golf aficionados but its not really the most exciting golf course apart from those few holes we all remember.

Amazing hardest course & most beautiful course I have played. Greens had just been hollowed BUT TBH you would hardly notice. Only downside was playing in July due to the Florida storm season & the strict weather policy in place. I would definitely recommend a Caddy I wish we had got one as the course is very hard.

Please see above notes under hotel, think I got carried away... Bay Hill is a stunning place and one I will go back to again and again.... Outstanding... Also to hear PGA and LPGA players had played on the course or had practised there on the same day we played tell you something about the place... Absolutely wonderful

A great 3 rounds on the course - different pin positions each day brought a new challenge. The first 3 holes were always tough, and the back 9 provided great course design...and more water - finishing with the iconic 18th hole. A fantastic experience!
