Superb hotel - everything we needed for this trip with friendly staff and good evening entertainment

Very clean and excellent staff. Buffet breakfast excellent, buffet dinner very good, wines good, à la carte restaurant very good. Bar staff very good but bar a bit poky and entertainment was variable. Hammam was disappointing as it seems it was out of bounds unless paying £110 per session. Too expensive. Hotel a little remote.

Modern hotel close by to many golf courses. Rooms comfortable and spacious- Bathroom not overly clean but acceptable.

Fantastic hotel and staff were very friendly and attentive,facilities were top notch, my only criticism was food menu could have been better with more options on offer, other than that couldn't fault it, will definitely be going back again.

We liked the hotel although its well out of town and the road outside is full of potholes. The rooms were good, however you don't get a sunset as YGT rooms appear to be on the front (noisy) side of the hotel with no sunset! We changed rooms due to the delivery trucks waking us up at 5am. Food is buffet style and pretty good with a selection of Moroccan and western European dishes. Staff were friendly and helpful. One frustration was that we had a different driver every day and communication was always easy (WhatsApp via our first driver). Drinks were ok (good beer and wine but weak spirits)

Lovely hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food excellent and rooms very comfortable. Only slight criticism is that the hotel was located 45/50 minutes away from some of the courses we played.

The hotel offers a buffet restaurant and a themed a-la-carte Moroccan restaurant to enhance the dining experience beyond the standard. BeLive Hotels as additional bars (pool bar, lobby bar, snack bar, sports bar) contribute to variety and convenience. The all-inclusive formula includes meals, snacks, local drinks and many activities, meaning you can relax without worrying about constant extra spend.

A good base for our party to stay at. Certainly nowhere near a five star hotel but clean and comfortable. The choice of restaurants was very restricted and the speed of service of the all inclusive drinks could have been a lot faster. The sports bar was hardly that- a rather smelly separate building with a pool table and a bar with cable Tv that could not show the Ryder Cup! We had to organize a separate room and use one of our groups laptop pc to watch it.

A luxurious hotel with the benefit of being all inclusive. Room was large and comfortable, service generally good especially Ziro (bar waiter) - exceptional, Radouane (porter) and Kaoutar (guest relations). Reception desk staff could have been more welcoming and helpful. Facilities were good especially spa with hamam & massage. Good location for golfers with helpful porters for golf gear. Food very good - great choice and good taste. Location quite far from 2 out of 4 courses played - the longest transfer was 45mins each way.

Very nice hotel with friendly helpful staff. We arrived several hours before the official book in time but were able to enjoy all the inclusive facilities. Similarly we had several hours to wait between checking out and transferring to the airport and were able to use all the facilities.

Overall I enjoyed the stay here. I don’t believe it met what I would call a 5 star hotel but cleanliness and staff were very good. The all inclusive was good but there was no other options drink wise than what was included. A couple of nights we wanted a nice whiskey but couldn’t even buy one which was disappointing. I found the alcoholic drinks quite weak at the swim up bar at first but once we were more friendly with the staff they became more to my taste.

The hotel is definitely not five-star quality—food was average, and getting drinks was a hassle due to limited staff on duty. I also found the reception staff to be quite blunt and unwelcoming. However, in terms of value for money, it exceeded my expectations. With a few key improvements, this hotel has real potential to reach a much higher standard

Hotel was great value for money, clean with lots of facilities. Staff very friendly, rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. All the restaurants were a very good standard. The only small issue would be the drinks.. not the greatest quality and more like a soft drink than a spirit and mixer but this didn't stop the group having an amazing break.

Hotel very clean and staff very helpful. Food was not the high standard that we had expected after being in several hotels in Turkey. The men said the beer was not good and very warm. Wine wasn’t great either.

The room was lovely, reception staff were very good, cleaning excellent, generally front of house was superb. The food was served to a very high standard, the milk at breakfast with coffee would split when mixed, every morning. Bit odd. Bar staff were a let down, not very attentive, beer was a bit ropy at times (flat and strange tasting on the odd occasion). Sports bar could show some sport on TV, and stay open a bit later.

Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The food was very good and they tried hard to vary the menu in the buffet section. The display on Valentine's day was magnificent! We had a meal in the restaurant on my wife's birthday and the staff serenaded her with " Happy Birthday" and provided a cake! The rooms were spacious and well maintained and kept spotless. My only complaint was that there was no plug in the sink but I had a travel plug so not a problem. The snack bar lunches were excellent too. There was entertainment in the bar every night and the sports bar had most of the football matches on. The transfers to the courses all worked well - driving in Morocco was quite an experience - and the transfers were between 20-30 minutes.

Terrible all inclusive. Room booking not correct so difficult check in. Lobby bar has live loud music all evening until midnight. No level of sophistication, felt like a cheap package holiday hotel, at an expensive price.

Hotel was clean, very comfortable and the food was not only really good but also well presented esp the deserts. Facilities inc a chipping area and 2 golf nets plus a sports bar. Security good. Not a hotel issue but took the free bus into town you MUST not run late for pick ups as they literally stop and go be there at least 5 mins early esp the last bus, people missed ours!

Very clean and comfortable

But strange, but ok. Never been asked for a deposit in case we damage room before. Also a deposit for pool towels. Food was pretty poor. Same every day so after a couple you are hunting for flavour. Pool bar service was superb. Shame the plastic cups were to worn out, and micro glasses of beers do ensure you keep your steps up going back to the bar. Decent lounge with live music in the evenings, quite loud but you can site outside in the heated patio or in the large reception. Would stay again.

Really enjoyed the hotel but was put in to the wrong rooms on arrival and was expected to share beds with the rest of the party.

We used the hotel as a base for a week golfing in Marrakech and have to say it ticks all the boxes. Staff are great, good room sizes with loads of space and facilities. This was our 2nd year in a row.

Lovely staff, very comfortable rooms. Drinks and food was ok. Do not cater particularly well for gluten free requirements. Location is up to 45 minutes from some of the courses played. Limited communal space during inclement weather.

Great hotel to base a group of golfers. Pool bar was great but overall, not a large options for drinks. Food was great for breakfast and evening meals, and the free return shuttle into the town centre was a nice touch.

Hotel had 3 pools with one heated, swim up bar and there is a Spa. Food was done by a buffet with an A Le carte restaurant you can use once for free per week. Rooms were great and the hotel had different entertainment each night. Free shuttle busses at set times into the city.

My group didn't think worthy of a 5 star more like 4.The staff were very helpful but appeared to be thin on the ground and consequently over-worked, particularly at the bars and restaurants. This resulted in degree of queuing at each location. The quality of the food was very good with plenty of choice but the quality of the alcohol/drinks was poor with most served in plastic glasses. The daytime/evening entertainment was fun. In conclusion, a good hotel but with a tweak here and there it could be even better and worthy of the 5th star.

Rooms were well sized and comfortable. The five star rating is nt a uk 5 star, would probably rate as a four star. Stating all inclusive was nearly but not quite. Food was good but restricted to certain times and you had to pay to have anything other than water in the rooms which I found a little strange. The evening entertainment was quite repetitive and they struggled to provide adequate seating. So in summary, had a good time but some simple improvements like nibbles in rooms and available at night, more seating would be great improvement.

Hotel was beautiful and clean, rooms amazing, food was great, they need more staff at the bars as it’s takes a while to get a drink, but the over all it was a great hotel.

Hi considering I was there a year ago the transfers and golf were absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately the drinks available was poor and the service at the Bars and especially int restaurant at breakfast was appalling, the staff were often rude looking at you and talking normally French that was some times intimidating. 2 of my friends could not believe how we were treated at times , these are people that have been on many golf trip's to Spain, Portugal and Turkey, and I said what a great value trip I had. We agreed the hotel , food was excellent but unfortunately the pair would not return to the hotel .

Lovely hotel, although situated in the middle of nowhere. Service in the buffet/breakfast restaurant was painfully slow at times. Food choice was excellent, not one complaint from 12 hungry golfers. Spotlessly clean and great value for money.

We stayed here for 9 nights for that length of time the food became very "samey"(if that's a word) i.e. limited choice. There's too few seating areas at night time for the amount of guests accommodated. The sports bar is "tired" at best. The entertainment is loud meaning that conversations have to be shouted. For a short stay it's absolutely fine and well suited to golfers. It is a 15-20 minute (Hair raising) drive from the city center.

3 star + at best, food okay, drinks unbranded but it wasn't expensive so maybe im being a little unreasonable. Evening entertainment good, sports bar a good laugh, needs a dart board in there.

Staff very good and helpful.Hotel restaurant very busy - difficult getting table for 8 , sometimes restaurant was full. Didn't like deposit taken on CCard for any room damage and deposit for towel cards.2 swimming pools - one quiet one music - very good.

From the time you arrive the staff are very attentive, the size of the room is large with plenty of storage space and a large bed. The food is ok but sometimes over cooked and do not have the best taste, alcohol local beer and wine, leave alone gives headache not the best of wine. The spirits are weak but otherwise ok. Nice pools and sports bar, overall a good base for playing golf.

Contrary to some of the recent reviews we found the staff welcoming and very attentive and responsive to requests. The two pools weren’t exactly warm but exhilarating and the music around the main pool constant and very loud so not exactly our style. There was a good choice of food in the main restaurant and at the breakfast and snacks at the pool side bar. The inclusive wine offered was of a good standard. Overall a good choice of hotel for our golfing week.

Nice hotel and very helpful staff. Buffet food and drink was inclusive in our package and we found it very good for the price. Room was a little warm for sleeping until we were given a big electric fan. The hotel's location is out of town but well served by transport.

Hotel was ok, other guests in the party both had problems with their rooms (smell). Staff were v good, facilities good.

Decent hotel but with a few issues to be sorted. Room had smelly drains that we mentioned but were not fixed. Fridge in room did not work and was not fixed despite informing hotel Bars are naughty in that very small spirits put into glass with mixtures. You need to ask for more Service at tables in restaurant very mixed in how attentive they are. Great beds in twin rooms - 2 doubles.

A good quality relaxing hotel with very helpful friendly supportive staff. A tennis court would have been "icing on the cake".

I dont normally do reviews , only if i have had a really bad experience OR a really good one , dont worry , this was a really good experience . Hotel Be Live Marrakech was fantastic , Rooms were large and spacious , food was the very best i have ever had in a holiday hotel , plentiful choice , great quality and always something good that suited our party of 8 golfers . Dont get me wrong , not Michelin Star but cooked to perfection and always getting refilled . The All Inclusive was just tremendous and was served by very pleasant , smiling staff . Local beers and spirits but nobody complained once about them . Sports Bar just had a big TV , table football and pool . The outside areas were OK , acceptable but more 3 star than 5 , efforts had been made but without being too critical i found it just pleasant and not fantastic , lots of sunbeds for sure as well as plenty seated and eating areas . All in all a very well run hotel , spotless and great value money.....

Excellent hotel. Buffet style restaurant serving great food catering for all tastes. Hotel spotlessly clean, comfortable spacious rooms. Friendly helpful staff. Great facilities with range of activities or just relax by the two pools. Due to hotel location there are no walks from hotel, although a twice daily courtesy bus will take you into Marrakech city, a worthwhile hectic trip to experience. Will definitely be back.

Very clean and smart, but quality of the all inclusive was not brilliant. Staff excellent

The food was great with a great variety of Moroccan and international cuisine. The rooms are spacious clean and well air conditioned. They were serviced daily. Ours had twin queen beds a bath, shower , 2 sinks and a toilet. There was a balcony with a table and 2 chairs. The staff were very friendly The pools were great and we enjoyed the aqua aerobics and archery and table tennis. The putting green was a fun addition

Restaurant noise. More suited to a younger generation. 30/50 year olds.

From a personnel point of view the hairdryer wasn’t good and there was no Prosecco not major Issues though And there was a local tax to pay of £22 which was unexpected

A good week at the hotel. On the whole a good experience. A few minor items for feedback. Limited restaurant choices although buffet was very good. All inclusive spirits were weak with limited choice. Wine and beer were best options. The pool bar was understaffed, felt sorry for the man who was on there all day, no wonder he didn’t often smile which was unusual as otherwise all staff were very helpful.

Our stay was as expected. Very enjoyable. The dining room staff are exceptional helpful as are the reception staff.

Spacious rooms .Pretty good food for all inclusive

Perfect venue for a group of golfers. Comfortable, well staffed, plenty of food variety to chose from including local specialities, Freshly cooked pasta, multitudes of salads, fruit, good breads and all types of wines. Night entertainment music a bit loud down one end of the bedrooms blocks 4-5. Room cleaning excellent. Nothing in minibars, but a short stroll to several bars for cocktails, beer wine, juices and brews. The minibus shuttles to-from golf were exciting, but, especially when hot and tired on the way back, perhaps a bit of a trek. There are reportedly 38 courses around Marakesh, maybe worth picking one or two nearer the hotel? Or a different hotel nearer those courses?

Good sized rooms,very clean, good pools,wonderful staff but not enough of them, at busy times had to join a long queue to order drinks which were then delivered to tables. Local drinks only. Food really good.

Had a great holiday at this lovely clean hotel. The staff were fantastic, the food was great and entertainment on day and night.

As a group of 4 couples we found Be Live to be a lovely medium sized all inclusive. We enjoyed the pools and the evenings sat outside listening to the bands or DJs and really couldn’t fault it and the staff were great. The only slight downsides were the all inclusive drinks could be a bit hit and miss and the food, all be it well cooked and choice in the buffet was limited. But this is a small to medium sized hotel, would we go back, probably yes because the rest of the stay outweighed the few small issues.

We stayed in a suite which was Huge. 2 separate WCs a shower and bath. The bed was very comfy. The balcony had a table and 2 chairs and 2 sun loungers. The buffer was ok, not as varied as the big belek hotels and the drinks were local drinks but they were ok. The was a relaxing pool which had the swim up bar. The other pool had games and music play most of the time. The snack bar food was great and they organised the tables so are party , 6 adults, could eat in the shade. Unfortunately we were there at the time of the earthquake, so the mood was fairly somber for a couple of days. The staff couldn’t do enough to hell in any way.

Our plane was delayed, so we arrived late (after 10pm) and thought we’d stumbled into Club 18-30! On the basis that we are no longer spring chickens, we asked for a quieter room, which, fortunately, was accommodated. After that initial hiccup, we settled nicely into the hotel and really enjoyed our stay. Our suite was spacious - we even had two toilets! The air-con could have been more efficient but then it was 45 degrees in the shade when we were there. Comfy bed and pillows. Food was excellent as were the wine, beer and cocktails. Beautiful gardens and the entertainment programme was actually very good. We would return here.

The Hotel offers good comfort for golf holidays.Disturbing was only the inappropriate clothing in the dining room of individual guests.

Staff were great overall, I just found all the bar staff very slow. I didn’t like the main bar at all and there were a couple of guys playing music most nights. Murdering some music would be a better description as I wouldn’t have known what most of the songs were if I hadn’t recognised the words! The food was very good, not a massive selection but all very nice, but did become a bit repetitive. The pools were adequate but I’d have preferred them to be bigger. Overall it was definitely value for money, but I would probably go back to the Riu Tikida just down the road next time.

Hotel was fine, but not five star. Food was average and sports bar disappointing. Pool bar closes at 6pm. Evening Bar closing at midnight not great for a group of 16 golfers. All our rooms were spread across the six blocks but rooms were lovely. Total lack of contents in Mini Bar disappointing. Transfers good and on time.

Food is good, staff are friendly. A popular and busy hotel. Both daytime and night-time entertainment was good. A free shuttle bus into Marrakech was good. A couple of evenings there was a great singer but entertainment each night was good. Facilities in the hotel were good and the synthetic chipping and putting green alongside two practice nets was a nice touch for morning warm up.

Bathroom was a little tired, main room large and airy with very comfortable beds. Loved the patio with shade and sun.

Food was very good, fresh and tasty, good variety. Staff were brilliant, polite and helpful. I would only say that small bar area not great for relaxing drink, due to numbers of people. Overall very good experience.

This hotel is exceptional. The staff are amazing. Friendly, hard-working and committed to ensuring everyone has a 5 star experience. Nothing is too much effort them. Little touches such as providing plastic bags so we could put our lunch in when out of the golf course we're appreciated The bedrooms are spacious and fully stocked with everything you could need.Large beds and an outdoor seating area. The only thing we thought might be useful I'd somewhere to hang wet clothes/towels outside. Our bathroom was clean, spacious, and had a large shower and separate free standing bath. The hotel facilities were wonderful. Stunning landscapes gardens, beautiful pool with ample sunloungers, umbrellas and beds. Pool bar had plenty of staff who worked hard to provide a range of drinks and snacks Immaculate poolside toilets which were regularly checked and cleaned. The pool side cleaning team ensured the whole area remained immaculate. The hotel is in a remote location so the free shuttle bus to Marrakesh is a great addition and runs on time. The food and restaurant was full of choice and variety. Food hygiene standards were high at all times This is a truly superb hotel and we would gladly return

This was a return visit. Still as good as before. We upgraded to a swim-up room which was really good. Would definitely recommend this hotel

A super hotel as a base fir gokf, travels and to relax in. Clean and with great staff

Great hotel and facilities, lovely food and drinks. Only one slight snag was the drains giving loo and bathroom a bad smell… we decided to keep the doors shut and carry on but am aware that a few other guests had been allowed to change rooms due to this issue in some of the ground floor rooms

The hotel was excellent and the staff all very helpful and co-operative. We were delighted with the accommodation. There was nowhere else to comment on the transfers. We paid for the company to manage all our transfers, to and from the airport and the golf clubs. This was a really excellent service with the staff being excellent guides and very informative and helpful. They were always punctual and Cannot commend them more highly.

The holiday was first class from the start to the finish. The taxi driver met us on time with a lovely smile, took our bags and clubs and it was a quick walk the taxi. A short trip to the hotel with another first class welcome. The hotel was secure as it was fully fenced, which meant that we were not bombarded by hawkers and felt we could leave our bags unattended. Mint tea and local biscuits on arrival, a porter to our room. The room was large with two kingsized beds, bath, shower, balcony, safe, chair, crisp clean bedding. The only issue we had was the proximity to the lively sports bar (a bit loud for too late). The golf courses were absolutely fantastic, with porters again, caddies if required an amazing views. The bar facilities at each were tremendous. We absolutely loved it and are booking to go again. Marakesh was inspiring, clean, great roads (better than ours), historic with wonderful topiary and new planting everywhere. The souk and medina were typical of this culture but as a seasoned traveller, I was not intimidated by the haggling and the lesser standards associated with these facilities. I can't recommend this holiday highly enough and such great value for money. Thank you so much

Excellent reception, attentive front desk. Rooms large with super Kingsize twin beds and quality linen. Nice shower room and toilets. Bars and restaurants are good. Excellent buffet through out. Considering the AI status the wine and beer were of good quality. Overall excellent value for money. Will visit again

Overall very good only slight downside is the A la Carte restaurant was not great, with very limited food selection. Buffet restaurant was good and all staff very efficient.

Stunning Hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Food was excellent, very very clean.

The hotel was perfect for a relaxing stay in Marrakech, it is located a little way outside of the city (which means you need to cab to most courses), but there is a free shuttle into the centre of the City should you wish to venture. Rooms are spacious, comfy and high spec. Food and drink was plenty and largely good quality (taking into account it is an all-inclusive resort). Nice pool areas and plenty of activities to keep you entertained.

Everything was great, especially the New Year’s Eve gala dinner. Cannot fault it. Food excellent, staff brilliant room very comfortable.

Very nice hotel, staff friendly and we all (Group of 4)had a great holiday. The only minor areas where the hotel did not come up to our expectation, was they ran out of glasses in the bars and you had to wait awhile for a drink. Although the Hotel is not a golf resort it would of been handy if the hotel had somewhere to store our golf clubs during the week.

Nice hotel with good facilities, rooms a good size and staff very nice. Good shuttle bus into the Medina and the position of the hotel for our golfing trip was well placed. The food is very average and the buffet food was often cold. Buffet restaurant was disorganised with long waits for crockery and cutlery or to get a drink. The snack bar was extremely slow in delivering food and drinks as was the pool bar in serving drinks. All too slow. Entertainment was nice to have in the evenings but it would have been nicer to be able to sit on the terrace but there does not seem to be enough seats for the amount of people in the hotel.

Much more enjoyable than its Palmeraie sister hotel. The idea of two pool was excellent as one could get away from music and activities if one wished to simply relax.

Check in was smooth, room not ready, but we were taken to the buffet. Room was great, clean and comfortable, room for our golf bags. no view from the balcony, but a good size to sit on. Main bar is too small for the hotel and always understaffed, queues were inevitable. The pools were like ice baths. The pool areas were clean, pool bar was better than the snack bar.

Some rooms had a sewage smell. I booked twin rooms and we were given double. This was not the hotels fault. They did find twin rooms for us. The cleanliness was exceptional. The food in the buffet was excellent. We did not enjoy the a la carte as much.

The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The food & beverage experience was more than adequate, not 5 star, but for our needs acceptable. It was disappointing not to have any international brand spirits or choice of wine it appeared to be simply house brands only. For those wanting to walk out would be disappointed as we were sited in the desert or scrubland albeit it in a secure compound. The location was not as described as being on a road where "all the other major hotels are sited" - wrong, we were isolated and needed a taxi or shuttle bus to get into the city c.25 minutes away. For those travelling in January / February should pack sweaters and a warm jacket for the evenings.

Spacious hotel with very friendly staff. Clean and offered all that was needed for a golfing holiday.
