A stunning course inspired by British heathland design, set on the rolling sand hills of Turkey’s Mediterranean coast, Carya is a truly unique golfing experience. The first course of its kind to be built in Turkey, Carya has since become the number one course in the country, considered a must-play track by golfers across Europe.

Being the top course in Turkey, and among the top 50 in Europe, Carya stepped further into the spotlight as a host venue on the European Tour. Hosting the Turkish Airlines Open since 2016, golfers have flocked to Belek from all over the world to tee it up here, even more so after Justin Rose won the event in 2017.

Carya Golf Club

Spanning a unique sand ridge and carved through mature indigenous woodland that includes pine and eucalyptus, Carya, with its borders edged by heather, is a unique site. The par-72 layout is an amazing feat of modern architecture, which from the back tees measures a substantial 7,186 yards.

The five sets of tees per hole make the course manageable no matter the ability of each visitor, and although it was only unveiled in November 2008, Carya has quickly established an enviable reputation as one of the very best courses in Turkey, and is highly recommended for any visiting golf holiday group.
