Some lovely golf holes on this course surprised by quality impressed

Good course, just avoid the water.

Played at weekend. We had a shotgun start that we were not made aware of until we arrived, we were to start on the 14th but we were the second group to start on the 14th which ended up in a round being 5 hours. Not what we signed up for, for a 8am tee time. The greens were as good as ever and the course layout is fantastic but the bunkers were in terrible condition.

Best of the three courses, top class service and welcome, attention to detail and player welfare exceptional.

Creek was not in good condition all the greens looked like a ploughed field and there was maintenance workers all over the course. One tee box had 20/25 workers on the left rough in an extremely dangerous position. The course was very picturesque and the club house and facilities looked incredible but the actual course and conditions were not good

Lots of water - take lots of balls ;) a good challenge for an 18 handicapper, but not unachievable to score well. Lovely gesture with a water bottle at the start, again friendly staff and food excellent. The 6th Tee is a must regardless of what tees you are playing from.

Voted the best course of the week unanimously by our group of 8

Very welcoming staff and a great days golf. Course was a bit tired in places compared to other top courses but great fun. Definitely a course to plot your way round.

Got there to be told our tee time had moved and we are now in a shotgun start. There were 25 4 balls so took over 5 hours to play … painful. Also members got priority so we could not get on the range before our tee time.

Easily one of the best courses I've ever played. Stunning layout and amazing club house. Great food and staff were excellent. 100% playing again on my next visit.

A great golf course and setting with several memorable holes in superb condition. Always worth a visit and never disappoints.

Dubai Creek was a great course with very welcoming staff. The condition was excellent with some great views across the Creek and to Burj Khalifa etc. Tees Fairways Bunkers and Greens were in great condition. We had an 07:30 Shotgun start with two Gents who were members at the course, they played 12 holes then departed to work. We started on the 7th hole which meant we finished on the 6th which is a great hole with the Tee on a Pontoon looking back towards the clubhouse. The 18th hole is also a highlight with the iconic clubhouse as you play along this Water lined hole (on both sides and across fairway in some parts). All in all an excellent Golf course well worth playing.

Another course we really wanted to play, but had we known it would be in this condition we would have opted for another Course. The Greens had large amounts of Sand, the Fairways Brown and almost plough like and large amounts of the course had trenches with a four foot Orange fence protecting, unfortunately blocking the views into the Green on occasions.

Probably one of the best courses we have ever played. Fabulous condition. Great attention to detail from all staff. Fab views. Amazing day.

Championship course. Tricky.

The course is amazing but looks to have been over played by people who don't care about golf etiquette. Pitch marks everywhere and lots unfilled divots on the fairways

This is a championship course for the Dubai Invitational. Lush green fairways with lots of water. The back 9 are virtually along the Dubai creek.

We got there late only arrived there 10 minutes before tee off time but not due to us so had no time to warm up. It was a shotgun start which we didn’t know about also we weren’t told the the buggies weren’t allowed on the fairway until after we teed off. If we had known this we would have walked the course. It made for a very slow round walking back at to the buggies. We did request trolleys but we were half way round before they got to us by which was too late to bother with. Also there were no numbers on the tee boxes and never having played the course before it was very frustrating.

This is a fantastic golf course and a wonderful setting along the creek.

Great views over the creek, tees recently sanded so not great. Super layout, particularly the closing holes.

Shotgun start, but very well managed and ensured that all went smoothly. Great test of golf but also enjoyable for all levels of golfers. Out of all of the courses this is the one I would choose to be a member of!

A great golf course and wonderful views

Paired with 2 members who helped with layout of course. However the round seemed to be played at too fast a pace which meant we felt very rushed.

Great course

Great course, probably the fastest greens I’ve ever putted on. Again staff were extremely friendly, allowed me to borrow another driver no questions asked and even wished me happy birthday

Fantastic

We found this the most difficult of the courses we played. Primarily because we played this off the members Tees. These are quite a bit longer than the regular tee and you need to be a big hitter from them otherwise the fairway bunkers will catch you every time. Still great fun.

Our first round and unfortunately we were changed to a shotgun start. The finishing holes with the exception of Yas Links are the hardest we faced on any of the courses we played in UAE. It does in places feel a little bit like a resort style course and we felt that the other courses had more stand-out holes than this one. Favourite holes would definitely be the 6th off the island tee and the risk reward short 17th (but be careful of the water). 18th with the Dow sail shaped clubhouse is an intimidating tee shot.

Always a pleasure to play here. However difficult course, you need your A game to play well.

From the time we arrived the locker room, practice facilities were very average compared to Els and Montgomerie. Although I understand that being at a creek there would be a lot of water but if you just strayed slightly from the fairway you would be in quite deep and difficult rough. We just felt it was not a fair test and the condition of teh course was average.

Fantastic Golf Course. Facilities could not be faulted and the weather was great.

On arrival the routine for the practice area was different from all other courses. We discovered that a token system was in operation but we were not advised of this at the reception so had no time to correct the situation. There was confusion at the start when we were advised that people due to play with us were late but would join up later in the round!! This did not happen but at the 10th a buggy drew up behind us, the players watched us tee off and then drove back to the first tee. We had the impression that they were members and were looking to go through but were frustrated that our drives indicated that this would not be possible. We then came to a tee where eight players were waiting and we were asked to play through which we did. Then somehow there appeared two players behind us who again seemed to be members. They were obviously familiar with the course and played up very close to our positions! The course is tight with water hazards and the sheer number of ground staff driving around spoiled our round. Not a course we would choose to play again and the distance from the hotel made for an expensive taxi journey.

Excellent course with wonderful fairways and in excellent condition Very well looked after by green staff A little too hot as out at 1300! but very few players playing made it a wonderful experience with round in just three hours

Superb course. Difficult opening and finish. Best greens I've played on. Had booked 0730 shotgun. On arrival were told they had cancelled due to numbers. This was better as course was really quiet." 2 of us played and got round in 2hrs 20mins.Much cooler at this time of day with refreshing breeze.
