Golf can be played on the Gloria Old Course, a Michel Gayon design, with Bermuda fairways & greens as well as 7 lakes to negotiate. The New Course at Gloria meanders through impressive umbrella pines with undulating fairways and plenty of water hazards in place off the tee and the green.
The resort also has a great nine-hole course, called the Gloria Verde. Lying adjacent to the Old Course, the Gloria Verde has been built with two separate sets of tees for each green, to give the feel of a genuine 18-hole layout. The peace and quiet of the short course makes it great for beginners, or just if you fancy a relaxing stroll.

We were well looked after by all the staff. The only down side was as we had very early tee times we couldn’t get any breakfast!! My air con leaked all night one night but it was fixed next day. The entertainment was disappointing this year - geared towards the Russians!

Accomadation being in Junior suites was as we were expecting and meeted our requirements. However my room on the first night was not available which was very disappointing. They put us into a garden suite for that evening and moved us the next day. We had a late checkout until 4.30pm as a gesture on the managements part.

The Verde hotel is smaller than its sister hotels the Serenity and the Golf hotel. For us it was perfect, the main buffet restaurant had a different theme each night. Excellent food and really attentive staff. You can use the Italian and French restaurants once each during your visit, well worth trying. The other pool/ beach bars and restaurants were very good. The main lobby bar was well laid out, with plenty of seating areas and quick service from the numerous staff. We were given a Junior Suite which had a separate bedroom and lounge, both with TV. The only small criticism was they are in a separate block a short distance from the main building but we had to climb three flights of stairs, no lift. When we go again we will get a room in the main building. Would highly recommend this hotel if you want a relaxed holiday in April.

Second visit and everything was excellent. Room was upgraded this time to 2 bed apartment (3 people a bit cramped in standard room but workable) which was a nice surprise. Staff were really pleasant and very helpful. Plenty choice at buffet restaurant. Really enjoyed our stay.👍

We were met at the door having arrived by private transfer and our bags were taken inside for us. We were welcomed by a lovely young lady who offered us a drink and a seat while we were checked in and she explained how the hotel worked. Our standard room had two queen sized beds, an ensuite and a balcony. The minibar was part of the all inclusive and was restocked every day. The bars were comfortable and provided premium drinks and the staff were quickly on had when one's glass was empty. The main buffet restaurant was superb and the choice of well prepared food was amazing. We used the a la carte French restaurant one evening and found it to be of superb quality. Most of the outdoor facilities were closed for the winter but we did have a walk round and it was obvious that they would be of similar quality to the rest of the resort. It is truly all inclusive and the only extra money we spent was an golf buggies and the gratuities that we decided to leave for the staff. There was never any suggestion that these were expected. This was our first visit here but we will return!

The Verde is a small hotel by the brash neighbour standards. We were there in February so cannot judge the pools and beach. Excellent buffet at the hotel, all prepared well. Hotel staff very attentive, polite and helpful. We will return our favourite hotel in Belek.
