Gran Oasis Resort

Hotel was excellent but not a "golf" hotel more of a family resort.

The hotel was very comfortable - lots of family with kids. Food was good. Staff were very friendly. Location was a bit of a way from anywhere to walk. Taxis are cheap and easy to call.

I wouldn't clas this hotel as 4* overall v good the small things would have made it a 4* such as no water bottles available had to use refill service but no bottle to fill in first place so had to buy. No tea coffee in room. Swimming towels if wanted to be replaced had to pay a fee.

Everything was perfect

The unfriendliest welcome we have encountered in over 50 years of travelling thanks to the scary, aggressive receptionist on arrival! Whilst generally the services were ok, we were disappointed at some of the apparent cost-cutting - e.g. no initial bottles of water, none of the usual bathroom bottles of shampoo etc.

The hotel is really a family resort. Drinks freely available 11am to 11pm. Good breakfast, basic snacks and a 'canteen type' buffet dinner of OK quality. Located back from the main areas and up a hill, not much around the hotel. Room spacious and comfortable with good shower and a view over the Las Americas course.

The staff, food and facilities were all very good. My only comments are that it is not suited for golfing parties. It is very much a family hotel. It could benefit from having a few adult only sections. Next time I would choose an adult only hotel.

The hotel was very clean and tidy. The food in the restaurant was not of the standard of a 4 star hotel.The food was the worst I've ever eaten for 4star. There was only one bar, that was outside.

I would rate this hotel as 3.5/5. The facilities and rooms in particular are kept clean and tidy to a high standard, and the food options are good and of a reasonable quality. Suitable for kids as well as adults. I found the staff to be pleasant enough, but a bit standoff-ish. The check-in process was rushed and after a quick 30 second intro to the resort, we were left to go our own way and work things out for ourselves. Overall I would say it offers excellent value for money and was exactly what was required for our trip.

Well run but not our cup of tea. Too noisy, had to wear wrist bands, people getting drunk, not able to walk anywhere. However, good room, charming staff and secure car parking

Very pleasant food was good if not excellent accomodation with studio was excellent as each pairing had their own bedroom

Evening meal was varied with different themed nights. Rooms are decent with air-con and heating working well.

Too many stairs. The room allocated was up so high with no lift which was very disappointing. The reception staff were very good and gave us a room a little lower down

A lovely hotel but unfortunately far too many steps for me with a heart condition. We paid extra for the lowest apartment and even that had 15 steps up too it. Also a staircase inside to go down to the bathroom.

Room large but poor lighting especially on stairs down to bedroom. Food excellent but not enough coffee machines in restaurant. Entertainment poor.

If I’d have known it was an apartment I would have shared and it would have been £600 less

Hotel an ok location for golf courses but too far out of town

The hotel is conveniently located a 20 minute walk away (5 minutes in a taxi) from the center of Las Americas, and borders the Las Americas golf course. It is also located only 15/20 minutes from the airport and Golf Del Sur and 15 minutes from Costa Adeje Golf. With 2 pools, an arcade, multiple bars and a buffet style restaurant which has a different theme each night, the hotel was perfect for our 4 night stay.

Sadly not our type of hotel Caters for families and groups of tourists All inclusive not good Access to rooms not good with golf gear. No specific caddy room were clubs could have been left

This is a great hotel with friendly staff and excellent facilities. The suites are absolutely amazing! The hotel is well located for the Golf Del Sur and Amarilla golf courses 15-20 minutes away. Highly recommended hotel!

Cannot rate highly enough Hotel Gran Oasis. Spacious appartments, 2 floors, twin balconies. Hotel was kept very clean with everything you’d imagine from an all inlcusive resort. Very friendly staff.
