We actually were moved out for two days to a 3* hotel which was decidedly worse than what we had originally paid for. Breakfast was very poor - they ran out of nearly everything, the coffee machine broke and you had to pay 6€ extra for cooked eggs. The transfer was badly handled ( they didn’t seem aware we were moving and nothing was ready and then got all our bags muddled up). For A 5* hotel they didn’t seem very organised.We were there for only two nights but drank about 6 different wines as they kept on running out. Breakfasts were excellent and the staff did try and help once they realised that we hadn’t been treated in the way they felt appropriate. Had we had 4 days at the Camiral as we had booked and paid for - it would have been a superb break but due to the fact they decided to take a booking for the entire hotel and renege on the deal we had agreed it was less than we had hoped and expected. I would like to add that that YGT were pretty awful about it as well

Unfortunately we had been booked into a room without balcony or any open air space. Otherwise the room was pleasant and well appointed.

Excellent service from yourgolf in arranging this holiday to a fabulous location. With a mixed group of golfers and non golfers I could not recommend a more fabulous hotel than the Hotel Camiral. The stadium course was one of the best I have played and the tour was great.

Lovely hotel, my 4th visit so knew it well. No pool open, no wellness centre open and we hadn’t been told. Hotel staff were a bit dismissive of it . Or didn’t know… but eventually someone with some authority did come ti speak to me about it. Basically all the facilities I had paid for weren’t there. Having said that, all the bar/restaurant staff were lovely.

golf course was very nice. But hotel was definitely not 5 star. Food and beverage choice and quality was very poor and very expensive! on one evening there was no hot water available! Would definitely play the course again but would give the hotel a miss

The hotel is immaculate and the staff are extremely welcoming and competent in all areas. The prices for food and beverages are in keeping with a five star hotel, but fall just short of 5 stars in the context of value for money.

I think this is the best of all the golf resort hotels I have stayed at over the years. Nothing is too much trouble, everything is set up to make you feel comfortable, and the staff and knowledgeable and friendly.
