The hotel was clean and service was reasonable. Food choices were maybe not as good as previous trips and waiting and bar staff could have been a little more pleasant. Bar was lively and had good entertainment.

Hotel itself is very pretty and clean. Staff we found to be surly, almost like it was a chore to be there. Location - DIRECTLY OVER FLIGHT PATH! Woken every morning at 5pm, by planes and then at least every 30 minutes after that - horrendous! Food - very average, and unless you went when it opened the food ran out quickly, with staff less than keen to re-stock. Drink - or lack of. Staff were slow to refill - we had to wait 15/20 minutes on one occasion. In conversation with management, one of them said “we’d reached our quota for the evening” - NOT GOOD. Bar staff - only 2 of them, which was inadequate in the evenings, so it was very slow. Gin & Tonics, tasted like soap, and you had to pay more for decent brand. Appreciate this is 1st world problems, but very disappointing as this is not what we were led to believe.
