We had to move rooms as the first one had no plumbing attached in the bathroom and the air conditioning unit made a noise that would keep an elephant awake. The Hotel is on the direct flight path of every flight leaving Marrakech, so from 5:30 every morning there is little chance of sleep as planes fly directly over the hotel. In terms of all inclusive, we are told at the restaurant that we are "allowed" one beer and MUST drink wine after that, the wine is all local wine and is frankly rubbish so our party is going back to the bar to get a beer for themselves. Staff are great, but they are supporting a poor product. I would have expected more information from Your Golf Travel on this as I consider this is what I am paying a travel agent for.

Lovely hotel. Very relaxing and fabulous facilities. Relaxing public areas. Only downside was very busy road 24/7 at one side. If you are in the garden rooms at this side very noisy but all pool view rooms very good.

Overall a good place to stay - close to all golf clubs and Marrakesh itself. The hotel is close to the airport, so transfer times very short but obviously some plane noise. Staff generally great but first time I've been in an all-inclusive and they've run out of beer (at lunchtime) and of white wine (3 times at dinner) - final time the 8 of us were told all the white wine was gone and we'd already had 4 bottles between us so wouldn't get any more!! Buffet restaurant pretty good at dinner (a microwave is available for those who complain food isn't warm enough) but they ca run out of things. Breakfast worst meal - little choice of cereals and cooked items. No issues with getting sun beds around the pool and evening bar entertainment pretty good.

Loved the hotel. My only “complaint” is the bars closing at 11pm and there being a lot of queues to get a drink.

Thought we had premium package, but would not let us upgrade either. Staff were none to help full, rather want help rather than will.

the hotel was lovely, staff very nice and helpful the only disappointment was the food not much variation day to day and it was always lukewarm even the two restaurants were only a variation on what was served in the buffet although very nice to be served. Moroccan wine and beer was lovely,

Certainly not 5 star. Staff a blend of good and bad, but generally disinterested in serving clients. As we were all inclusive the bar does not serve at tables and the policy is you have to go to the bar while non inclusive are served where they sit. Odd! Restaurant runs low on food far too quickly and does not get replenished very quickly, if at all. Breakfast was almost farcical with the coffee machines breaking every day! Would not stay there again

The hotel is beautiful, and the pool area was fantastic, Khalid on reception was extremely helpful. Whilst the hotel claims 4 stars it has a lot of areas it could improve upon. I have not stayed in a 4 star hotel that did not provide tea and coffee, trying to obtain these proved extremely difficult and we resorted to buying our own Coffee and Milk. The restaurants available were limited in choice of food and whilst I appreciate our stay was during Ramadan, hot food should be simple to provide. The pool side snack bar became a source of hot meals to supplement the restaurant food being mainly lukewarm warm at best. Breakfast was better as there were freshly cooked omelette and fried eggs available. Again I must state it was a beautiful hotel and very relaxing but still needs to improve in areas around catering and in room tea and coffee facilities.

Rooms were very hot as still Moroccan "winter" so A/C not switched on yet, despite being 33 degrees outside. Staff not exactly the most helpful, a lot of hanging around on phones and "speak to someone else!"

The hotel is impressive at first sight but let down slightly by a few niggles. The buffet was OK but not great, booking one of the restaurants was a challenge in itself and some of the service (but by no means all) left a bit to be desired. Overall pretty good but you feel it wouldn't take much for it to be very good.

The Jaal Riad Resort was great - lovely pool area, bar and restaurant and the staff were friendly and happy to help with any requests. The food was plentiful with lots of choice in the main restaurant. We were less impressed with the food in the a la carte CAT and Moroccan restaurants (which have to be booked. The rooms were pleasant, albeit a bit dark as windows are small. All in all a good hotel for us and we would recommend it.

I was disappointed with the condition of the room. Air conditioning did not work, constantly hot even on cool setting. Also the room faced the main road so you could hear traffic throughout the night. The food was of a reasonable quality.

Rooms are a bit tired but clean and comfortable. Hotel is on the side of a busy road. Sitting on the balcony is noisy with traffic and smell of fumes from cars/motorcycles. Food was much the same every day.

Very nice 5* hotel let down by the quality of bars; local drinks only, drinks often not chilled and running out. Bars closed at 11pm to A/Incl customers but you could thereafter pay for drinks!! No water in rooms, mini bar completely empty, kettle with two tea bags and nothing else! We were out all day everyday and Hotel were loathe to provide any bottled water whatsoever! There were no shops to purchase water neither. pool towels were few and far between; towel boy kept some back for the girls he tried to chat up!! Great shame as the hotel itself is very nice🤷🏼‍♂️

The hotel is very well placed for access to golf courses in the south of Marrakech and the architecture is fantastic, together with the decorations and artwork on the walls. Most disappointing was the service received at breakfast. The staff did not look motivated to serve their clients. The breakfast choice, although varied, was not that much.

Food selection was not 5 star all inclusive, the all inclusive beer quality was not good nor very cold. Some staff were friendly and helpful but this was not the case with all of them. If you are visiting Morocco just to play golf and stay in the hotel it is fine but there is nothing in the local area to visit on foot. The hotel itself is really nice with a great pool area.

The hotel was well located near the airport and the golf courses we played. There was some aircraft noise. The main issue was we were told there were no restrictions on alcohol or restaurant menus with the all inclusive package by Your Golf Travel. When we arrived this was not the case. You need to tell travellers the restrictions ( no premium drinks and a special all inclusive menu). Whilst this would not have impacted our choice to stay here it was really annoying to find out that Your Golf Travel had not told us the correct information. The hotel did not explain this properly on check in either and we gave them the same feedback.
