7 Nights, 4 Rounds
Laem Chabang International Country Club is as fun as it is challenging. The course has three distinct nines that each offer their own individual test. The Lakes and Valley courses provide pristine playing conditions and are sprinkled by water hazards while the Mountain course is, as the name suggests, situated on more undulating terrain. You'll need your buggy but you can enjoy striking views of the surrounding area. It's also regarded as the toughest of the three nines to play.
Each nine can be combined to produce an 18-hole track of around 7,000 yards, but it's not a chore to play all 27 holes, especially since carts are mandatory. It would be a shame to miss out on one nine as they are all very entertaining and challenging to play. Not only do the courses have a lot of bunkers, sand traps and water hazards, there are also a lot of natural hazards in the shape of exposed rock formations, lakes, ponds and creeks.
The clubhouse has commanding vistas overlooking the Lakes and Valley Course and the staff are used to catering to visitors. In the main dining restaurant, you can take in the views of the golf course while you choose from Japanese and European specialities on the menu. The lounge is the perfect spot to enjoy pre-dinner cocktails while looking at the sunset on the Valley nine, and there's a range of snacks, beverages, and tea and coffee available. With wonderful courses, superb cuisine and many scenic views from the course and clubhouse, a day playing golf here is unforgettable.

Initially we did feel in a race even though there was not many golfers out , we also found us being sped past each during shots . We did get them to realise we were on holiday and 2nd nine was much better- in hindsight we would have made that clear from the outset.
