Apartment was clean, good size, functional, decent kitchen and bathrooms. Needed slightly more equipment in the kitchen and better bedding although the beds were comfortable. We would go again.

Overall OK and as expected as we had stayed in similar properties previously. Nice terrace of the bedroom. The property was not a hotel but a one bed apartment in the form of a town house. Stairs took some getting used to.

Dreadful, we ignored previous comments but was really awful, I have photos if required. One shower fell off the wall whilst in use and took 2days to fix and only after chasing and chasing. Bin in one bathroom was rusting. We asked for fresh towels (originals were hopelessly thin) and were simply reduced.Airconditioning unit was right next to bed so could not sleep if switched on. Staff were ok but not able to do anything it seemed. We were not the only guests with complaints. We mistakenly thought that breakfast was included but it wasn’t.

The apartment was dated, the beds were clean and comfortable and could have done with a change of towels as our stay was over 4 nights. Also when booking the trip was not told we would have order taxis to get the course.

Overall it was very good apart from the distance to the course and the communication between the course and hotel was poor

The apartments are very spacious and did the job for us on a golf holiday. They are in need of modernisation though. Also, we had great views of the north and south courses from the balcony. The aircon was also a welcome relief from the sun, although for some of our party it didn’t work in the bedrooms. A taxi was needed to get to the golf clubhouse as it was a bit long and hot to walk with golf clubs. There wasn’t much choice around the apartments for drinks/dinner so need to travel 5 mins in a taxi. Reception hours need to be extended as opening at 9am isn’t that helpful when you’re up early to play golf or otherwise.

Stayed at the Las Lomas village on a number of occasions. The apartments look very tired and could probably need some investment spending on the accommodation. As for the breakfast that was fine at the village restaurant the only other restaurant was open but they only had a taster menu.So we got a taxi down to the Belaluz area to eat.Pool was closed.Reception only open until 17.00hrs.

Arrived and our rooms were over 2 hours before being ready. Swimming pool closed as apparently not in season. Only one restaurant onsite open. Nearest shop was over a mile there and back unless you wanted to spend 30 euros on taxis. Rest of the restaurants and bars were also over a mile away. Asked for a room extension as one of the members of our trip was ill and found the staff not very helpful. Reception was always closed before we left for golf around 0930/1000 and was always closed when we got back.
