The standout experience of this hotel was teh service from the bar and catering staff > the hotel caters well for large numbers - teh main restaurant has multiple choices and is good for vegetarians. The Moroccan restaurant good on salads but other food over cooked. The lounge bar has a good atmosphere but shouldnt be mixing live music with football ( without commentary) - best to have a TV room. The rooms were well deigned, with great marble shelves, comfy beds The pool was enormous - a bit noisy in the afternoon. You needed a taxi or shuttle bus to get anywhere , but central for golf trips.

Excellent hotel, staff very helpful and friendly. Facilities for transporting golf clubs to and fro our room and pick up mini bus was also very good. Excellent restaurant with many choices of dishes to suit everyone. Plenty of activities at the hotel to choose from, plus board and card games available to use. Be prepared to tip additional services. Shuttle bus provided to trips into Medina and the souk.

Hotel generally pretty decent but looks tired in parts. Toilet facilities around the pool area really needs attention. Food on offer was varied and tasty. Only downside of the hotel was the lack of a secure room to store your golf clubs. A room was available but it was open for anyone to enter and was not secure. Some golfers reported things missing from their bags after leaving them there. We had to carry our clubs back and forth to our room (which wasn't near reception) every day to keep them safe. Porter was only available from 8.30 am each day which wasn't helpful as we had earlier pick ups. Something the hotel could improve on providing a safe secure storage area under lock and key.

Hotel was great to look at and was well setup, great pool area and bars to accommodate everyone. Drinks were not that great and some of our group thought the food was awful. Some of the staff were accommodating but others did not come across very helpful. Would we visit again, not sue as there looked to be other better hotels available.

Hotel was ok. Perfect for golfing as not really there. Rooms were clean, but air con wasn’t working and horrible stench from the bathroom. Drainage systems were probably the cause, but we mentioned both to the reception and nothing was done about it.

All inclusive drinks way below a decent serving amount. A glass of beer served was about a quarter of a pint equivalent. A vodka and lemonade for example was a dash of vodka with lemonade. It made us as hotel guests look bad, as if we were demanding, when we were not.

The hotel overall is a very nice place to stay. The hotel was very clean, good facilities, and friendly staff. However, the food, drinks and alcohol were awful. Rubbery food poor quality beer and spirits were vile. Having been to Marrakesh a few times and know the quality of the food this was a huge let down and I certainly would not recommend staying at the hotel for this reason.

Nothing to do with the hotel but you need to be aware that on arrival it can take 2 hours to clear customs and even longer going home. This is a ‘holiday resort’ hotel which works quite well for golfers looking for an all inclusive holiday BUT it has children and families and obviously people looking for a poolside vacation. The main dining rooms and public areas are all fine but the bedrooms may be a bit tired ie air con units not doing very much. The staff are universally amazing, helpful and attentive and nothing is too much trouble. The food is good in the main restaurant, the Italian is maybe not quite there but the Moroccan makes a worthwhile change. The bar staff are amazing but the drinks are all ‘local’ - all fine including red/white wine but obviously limited choice and spirits don’t seem very strong but maybe that’s a good thing.

Overall a very good package. The food and drink were all inclusive; the food buffet style and reasonable quality. The drink choice was OK though not memorable. The staff were friendly and almost always clean to help. Large rooms, well appointed and comfortable. Downsides: Firstly, it's a huge sprawling complex. We had rooms over 300m from the main complex so quite a walk there and back. Secondly, the hotels air con was switched off as it was spring. We had a heatwave whilst there in March - over 30C for several days but the hotel would not switch the air con on. Finally, if you are golfing the hotel is miles from many of the main courses. The hotel is north of the city, many of the courses to the south and that means a transfer time of 40 minutes or so through the chaotic Marrakech traffic.

The room was large and comfortable, but a long way from the main hotel, and perhaps because of this the WiFi didn't work all the time. We caught the school holiday period in Morocco so there were lots of young children and so quite noisy generally. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The towels were small and thin, and not up to standard for a 4star. The restaurants were good, all buffet style, but in the Italian you could ask for dishes on demand if he had the ingredients. English breakfast possible, but few pork based products..religion?..so sausages were turkey, and no bacon. Overall plenty of choice however.

The hotel is a good choice if you’re looking for an affordable resort hotel. The rooms are comfortable, and the food is acceptable. The staff are friendly and the rooms are cleaned to a high standard. There’s a bag store at the entrance to keep golf clubs. However, some cost-saving measures can be noticeable. For example, glasses for beer and coke are small wine glasses. Although it’s an all-inclusive hotel, there are no facilities in the rooms apart from water and they charge extra for things like kettles. If you have space in your luggage, it might be worth bringing a travel kettle and tea bags since you can get milk from the restaurant. In terms of location, Marrakech is a bustling city and transfers can be interesting. It’s worth checking Google Maps since golf clubs are 30-40 minutes away by transfer. Cars aren’t air-conditioned so you might notice dust and traffic pollution. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money but there are some areas where cost savings are noticeable.

The entrance and front foyer is excellent .The outdoor pool is a good size with plenty of sun loungers . The restaurants are of good size and the food is plentiful and lots of choices. However , the A La Carte Moroccan and Italian restaurants were self service buffet and offered the same Moroccan and Italian dishes being served in the main restaurants. I appreciate they were local chefs trying to cater to the various European tastes but the quality was found wanting. The drinks in the bars were hit and miss, one drink would have hardly any gin and loads of tonic the next would be all gin and little tonic. When we took over our room the phone did not work and neither did the safe .A member of staff tried to fix the safe but said it would need a technician and we never saw anybody try to repair the phone .Every day we had the smell of sewage in the room which was coming up from the shower drain . It was obvious the rooms were not checked for serviceability prior to our arrival.Overall the holiday was disappointing because of the accommodation .I would rather pay more money for a better quality hotel with less facilities. My wife runs her own Beauty Salon and she found the salon staff at the hotel inexperienced and not very good and not value for money .
