Hotel becoming dated, in need of a refurb especially the outdoor swimming pool area which has been neglected . Staff were wonderful , food and drink top quality . The shuttle service to the deluxe hotel was spot on , don’t think we waited longer than 5 mins even during the night and only took a few minutes.

The Sueno Golf Hotel may appear slightly dated, but it is perfectly adequate for groups of friends looking to relax and enjoy each other’s company. The maids are exceptionally friendly, and 99% of the staff provide excellent service. One point to note is that the hotel lacks a separate bar; instead, the bar and seating area are located in the lobby, which is open to several floors. As a result, it can get quite loud at times. Consequently, there may be occasional interactions with security late at night when they ask guests to keep the noise down.

This is a great hotel and a great location. Could do with a bit of updating here and there but nothing major overall had a lovely stay and we’ll book again.

We were a group of 4, staying at the Sueno golf Hotel, not the Delux. Our 2 rooms were on the 1st floor close to the lifts and the atrium of the hotel. We could not lock the door to the outside area on either of the apartments, this was reported to the receptionist who said it would be sorted but alas, it wasn’t. Unfortunately, due to the hotel bar being open 24hrs, this resulted in late night, early morning excessive noise which came up through the atrium, which gave us a very disturbed nights sleep for our entire stay.

The staff in this hotel are excellent and it my not be best hotel in turkey but clean and tidy and on site for two excellent golf courses ,with a locker room for your clubs and once you’ve played you can sit outside at the back of the 18th greens you can eat,drink and talk about your round you will not be disappointed

Accommodation was excellent. Clean comfortable rooms made stay very pleasant. Rooms were all at rear of hotel (were not informed at time of booking that rooms overlooking course were extra). Hotel was busy with primarily older golfers with great vibe on evening. Highly recommended

Hotel getting very tired, Many rooms need a refurbish. Some carpets have stains on and several skiting boards are damaged or missing. Rooms were adequate but not 5 star. One of our party's room had the shower fixing broken so had to hold the shower to wash. reported first day but never fixed. Bathrooms are again in need of attention mould on silicone and grout missing. Pretty average really. 3 star.

Hotel staff were magnificent could not do more for you. Glad to see they have more tv’s in the bar area it made for a great atmosphere during the masters. We ate at the hotel for breakfast and lunch then travelled over to the deluxe for dinner no complaints in those areas, but I had complaints every morning from my party that the room air conditioning was not working most nights it was 27deg and upwards it was very uncomfortable and hard to sleep, I asked at the reception desk and was informed it was going to be fixed, but it was not during our stay. We would like a substantial refund of the hotel cost.

Balcony door would not lock so reported to reception and someone from maintenance arrived within 15 mins and repaired the door. Shower fitting broken and electrical point hanging off the wall. Hotel rooms in need of renovating. The staff are excellant, location is great, after a round of golf we loved having a beer/sandwich overlooking the course. We dined at the Sueno Deluxe hotel every night and the food was excellant. Afterwards we watched the shows/entertainment that was available every night.

Cannot fault the hotel at all , choice of food is plentiful in main restaurant, we also chose one of the theme restaurants one evening, the Mexican, fantastic, eat and drink what you like for 10 euros per head , well worth it , next year Will definitely try Asian and Italian, staff at the hotel are so accommodating, can’t do enough for you , everywhere is always clean , tidy and well stocked and the spa is well worth a visit

we stayed at the Sueno Golf Hotel for one week and used the hotel for the golf mainly which was perfect. We were able to use the Sueno Deluxe Hotel during time between golf and the facilities were amazing. you are able to use everything including all bars and restaurants and its is absolutely five star all inclusive with a ten euro charge pp when eating in the 'speciality restaurants'. We used three of the seven and they were brilliant, food was amazing. Both hotels spotless and the staff are all very friendly and always busy cleaning and making sure the guests are happy. cant recommend both hotels enough and we are booking again for next year.

Hotel needs a refurbihment, our aircon leaked, bathroom threshold came adrift and the tv did not work. Elevators have a mind of their own and the hotel is generally in a tired condition.

Highs : Great hotel for a group of golfers to base themselves. Best golf course views in Belek ! Staff excellent and really friendly. Good selection of food and drink from the lounge bar and Birdie Bar. Daily maid service very good and great pool and dining facilities at the sister Deluxe Hotel. Lows : It was a nightmare getting buggies for our tee times and the pro shop staff were not very helpful and only acted when I threatened to complain to management. It felt like visitors on certain packages were given priority over golfing guests at the hotel. Also breakfast good at the golf hotel restaurant but other food quality and choice not great compared to Deluxe restaurant although this didnt spoil our trip.

The Sueno Golf Hotel is in need of some TLC. It is however very convenient for the golf courses and practise facilities and has the use of the much better Sueno Deluxe. The birdie bar is good for some food and a drink after playing golf.

I rate both of the golf courses at Sueno very highly and really enjoyed playing them. We played Pine 7 times and Dunes 6 times in the 7 days we spent in Turkey and both courses were in fine condition. One or two of the tees were a bit worn but it was late May.

The location is great as the hotel is right on the course. The accommodation was good; clean and had everything you could want. The décor was getting a bit dated but that was a minor point. The food was great with plenty of choice of fresh & tasty dishes.

We didn’t use the 19th hole as we were usually rushing for lunch or had a drink in the hotel but it was well used by visiting golfers who seemed to be enjoying it.

The members of staff were friendly and helpful.

We are actually in the process of booking for this year again. I’d give it 4.5 out of 5.

As far as the golf courses are concerned, they were both in very good condition and were enjoyed by the group. Having the courses so close at hand, together with the practice facilities is great. Whilst we would be happy to play the courses again, particularly the Pines, I would not stay at the hotel. 

I would rate the hotel as 2/3 and the courses at 4. 

I understand that there is a new hotel being built. It would be interesting to know what they charge.

The Sueno Resort is what some would say “a little tired”.  That is understandable as down at the beach Sueno are building a 1200 person new luxury hotel which looks amazing! Having said that, the hotel was still very clean, tidy and presented well. The rooms where very spacious (we were upgraded to a Senior room at no extra cost!) and if you get the option request (before you go!) a golf course view.

Where the Sueno lost maybe 1 point out of 10 was the food.  There was plenty of it and of good quality but it was the variety that was lacking. In the end we picked pretty much the same type of food each day and it was more than pleasant. If you are expecting a large variety of tastes and/or restaurants then maybe Sueno isn’t for you… 

They do offer an “A La Carte” option each evening which varies the theme each evening – book as soon as you get there as some of the evenings get sold out quickly.

The drinks provided as part of the all-inclusive deal where very good – even the local Turkish wines were very nice.  All spirits where branded spirits so no complaints there and the local beer is more than OK (not a big beer drinker anyway)…

The transfer time of about 30 minutes was really convenient and we had no hassle on the 14-seater transfer bus. The hotel itself is a 4-5 minute walk from the beach but they run a shuttle service if you are that way inclined – the walk is fine and nice to stretch your legs after a game of golf.

One thing the Sueno does have that we all *REALLY* enjoyed was the beach pier.  It’s larger than every other hotel’s, very spacious and the staff are very helpful. They don’t supply lunch/food on the pier but that is available in the beach bar/café – maybe a thought for them to consider.

The location of the hotel in relation to the golf courses is perfect and sitting watching golfers come down the 9th/18th is very enjoyable.

Overall verdict – this was our first all-inclusive golf holiday and we all rated it 9/10 – the food being the only *slight* downside.

We will definitely return to Turkey and even to the current Sueno as the Pines course is very good and we would like to play the Dunes as well.

The 2 golf courses at Sueno were testing and in good condition. With the courses and hotel all on resort, it’s very convenient too due to not having to travel.

The hotel and staff provided a good and friendly service at all times. The room was good but air conditioning unit failed to work; thankfully it did not spoil our holiday.

The overall verdict would be  4 out of 5 and we would definitely return to this venue.

I have stayed at the Sueno Golf Hotel on two occasions with a party of 24 and I would say that they were two of the best golf holidays I have ever have had the pleasure of being a part of.

The all round experience was excellent. From the rooms we stayed in, to the staff, both golf courses (which I would rate among the best I have ever played) and the food, I would give this package deal a rating of 5 anytime.

Anyone who takes the opportunity of trying this holiday will not be disappointed.

This is my second visit to Belek and had a great time once again. The Sueno Resort is located directly on their 2 courses, the Dunes (short and interesting) and Pines (more of a challenging course for all levels). The Pines Course is definitely the better of the two and we played most of our rounds on this course. The Dunes was actually closed for seeding during the second half of the week, and therefore the Pines became very busy. We had pre-booked morning tee times and this was really helpful as the course was basically booked until 3pm. (Late bookers might have a issue in peak periods) 

The beach area is nice, but the restaurant down there isn't the best, so I would lunch at the main one, unless the grill is open. The pier is a great place to relax and get a drink, while there are loads of loungers available. 

The food was good, if not great, and there’s a wide selection for the picky. The outside grill was always much better, and the breakfast outside (show Grill) was better than the main buffet. From 4-7pm no food was available, which is a bit annoying if you have an 11am tee time, as when you finish nothing will be open...something they should look at perhaps? 

Rooms are big and are fine. The air con only works with a key in the slot, but this is pretty normal. 

Overall the whole group had a great time and enjoyed all the facilities available and would definitely go back. Compared to my previous visit to the Cornelia deluxe, the hotel was not as good in terms of food quality, level of drinks (premium) and general service, but the unlimited golf and price made this a very attractive trip. 

The weather was 30-33 degrees everyday in mid September so very nice all in all.

Just returned from our third visit to Sueno; this time with friends.

We were as impressed as ever and our friends had a superb holiday too. The golf course was in excellent condition and the hotel was as good as ever. There was an excellent selection of food and even the fussiest of people would find it hard not to find something they liked.

The rooms were excellent, overlooking the golf course providing magnificent views with the distant mountains providing the perfect backdrop.

It was really nice that staff remembered us from previous years and showed they were very pleased to see us and sad when we left. As we went all inclusive the price of the drinks was irrelevant but a very good selection was available and the waiting staff were polite and friendly.

I have recommended both yourgolftravel.com and the Sueno Resort to several people at our golf club and will continue to do so.
