Good bright hotel and good location

First Room on arrival there was a terrible smell (smoking)- so had to change room which was still dirty in places. No food the next night even 40 minutes before end of serving good as they were busy - furniture old with broken chairs and food was not good either.

Really disappointed with this hotel. It was an hour from the golf courses we had booked on the same trip, which was a major inconvenience. Food was poor quality, kitchen closes at 8:45 and rooms very basic. Southport had nothing on and forced to eat at McDonalds on first night in town. Major disappointment.

Really good vibe . Good food and close to plenty of other places to eat & drink . Maybe could do with a pool for a 4* but cracking rooms . Although windows won't open so if you don't like air con when hot bit of a problem.

Perfect for our stay. Underground parking, large comfortable rooms, good buffet breakfast and bar. Would come back for a golf coast stay.

Stayed 2 nights. Good location for Southport courses. Close to good restaurants such as Vincent’s. Good breakfast. Friendly reception staff. Overall good value for money.

Good location for all of the bars and restaurants in Southport. A very easy stay.

Very poor service in the restaurant- crockery had to changed as it was not clean!! Offered a bottle of wine as an apology!! Did not get our desert so we got up and left!

Fabulous hotel, very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Will be definitely taking the family there in the near future. Can’t fault this hotel.

Great shower great safe car park shame (in a way) the bar shut to residents at 11pm

The location is excellent but the staff and services available are poor. Having to select a time for breakfast when you check in is ridiculous , we were told it’s to avoid disappointment. They decided to clean the bar lines at 6pm on a Friday so draft beers or lagers were not available. On the Saturday night we asked if we could have food in the restaurant about 6 pm and we’re told the management have made a decision to only allow pre booked tables even though the restaurant wasn’t even full !!!! Rooms were clean amd location brilliant but other than that very lacking in customer service and not flexible in anyway

The staff was so helpful all the time. The hotel is not luxurious, but is very nice, clean, and everything works. Restaurant has limited menu, but do well with what they do.

Really nice hotel Ideal for golf in the area and sone decent courses.

Staff were fantastic and accommodating especially with all the Covid problems at the minute.
