Gullane No.2 runs alongside No. 1 for the opening holes, sweeping down towards a nature reserve next to Aberlady Bay before heading back down Gullane Hill to the Visitors' Clubhouse. Whilst it may be shorter than its older sibling, Gullane No. 2 makes its mark with some spectacular short holes and exceedingly tricky greens.
National Club Golfer magazine rated the course as the 39th best course in Scotland and Top 100 Golf Courses puts it inside their Top 50 golf courses in Scotland.

Gullane is a great place to play golf in March. A busy and bustling club with golf everywhere which made for an exciting day for a group of golf enthusiasts. A nice welcome from the Pro Shop, courtesy practice balls (nice touch) and starters hut to welcome the group. Having played No.1 before, I was expecting a similarly tough test, however what was nice with No.2 was a more gentle and playable course for a group with varying ability. The back 9 especially has some wonderful views across East Lothian. A fully stocked pro shop across the road with all the memorabilia you might need to saver an enjoyable day. Finished off with a delicious lunch in the clubhouse.

Fair course, playing as links should. Bad shots punished and good shots rewarded. Green ran very true for late February.

One of the most popular golf courses in the region. Amazing facilities and service. The No2 course is incredible with lots of up and down the hill holes giving some interesting tee shots. The course can be very challenging in windy condition.

Very easy course we played very fast. Still lack of info on this course. Lots of blind holes with targets poles not adapted at all. Again I had to play the yellow... Stupid decision that doesn't invite to come back. At least the starter was great on that day, very kind, helpful and professional.

Played No 2 course for 75 year olds we were glad to get a buggy some hills to contend with. Club House not very big,and we could not get a seat at the end of round, so left which spoilt the occasion.

We got lucky and played this on a sunny day with no wind, so you could put a score together….. I would hate to think what it’s like with some wind on the hill!
