Pretty straight forward AI hotel. Does exactly what it says on the tin. Not high-end and not low-end. Suits purpose as a base. Beer is decent lager. Wine quality was variable - not waiting world class, but sometimes varation in the white wine disappointed

The buffet was very good. We don’t like large dining halls but outside was perfect. The private dining restaurants were very disappointing. The bar was another giant hall and the evening entertainment was to be avoided. Overall we got what we paid for, so no real complaints.

Disappointed - not for couples - Miserable unhelpful front desk staff. One staff member selected a shabby taxi for us to go out in and the taxi driver fleeced us. Hotel was like Butlins holiday camp. Limited restaurants with set menus and drinks extra. Beer served in plastic short glasses - really poor. Spa steam room broken and never any appts available. Taxi transfers were also in shabby cars with little suspension. We noticed much better vehicles transferring others between the golf & hotels. We got the budget service it seemed.

From the start of booking until landing back in the UK - excellent from everyone. Always felt someone was on hand to help from an admin point of view and when on tour in Marrakesh. Only let down was my poor golf performance!

Apart from the room being a little tired, this hotel ticked all the boxes for facilities, friendly staff and excellent food.

Our rooms, numbered in the 400's were fairly standard, clean and comfortable. However our room had no hot water, so we had to change rooms. The second room had very poor air conditioning, so it was hot and stuffy at night. The rooms in the 400's surround a nice quiet pool. Quite different from the main pool area, which was rather noisy and tacky. The biggest criticism of the hotel was that all 6 of us contracted food poisoning! We only ate in the hotel, so no other suspects were involved. This obviously put a bit of a damper on the trip. The Orangerie Moroccan restaurant, which you have to book, was awful. Just buffet food moved to a different location and served to you. I like Moroccan food, but this was bland, brown and poor quality. The chairs and tables were so low, you had immediate indigestion! It was also after this meal that everyone started feeling ill. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful.

This wasn't quite the 5* experience expected, but still extremely good. The staff were excellent and always willing to help. The food selection was extensive, but not always of the best quality and often only lukewarm. The room aircon wasn't very good, but adequate. The pools and outside facilities are extremely good. The entertainment team were exceptionally good. Overall we had an excellent stay and would recommend this hotel, but some things could be improved.

The hotel was extremely busy, and the outdoor restaurant area was not well maintained. Food was average and lacked variety or quality expected from a premium resort. Our room was comfortable, and the Riad pool area was a highlight—quiet and relaxing. However, the hotel lacked the exclusivity and refinement we were hoping for.

We asked for an upgrade to a suite which we got for free. Superb room. Great location on site. Quiet pool area. Staff and waiters all really polite and helpful. Always ready for a laugh. Mohammed in bar area really superb service. Don't go when kids are on holidays. Food hall was like a pack of hyenas had stampeded through 3 times a day. Kids running around everywhere was chaos. Needs more control in food areas.

Hotel is perfect as advertised! Excellent value for money, spotlessly clean and well maintained, friendly helpful staff. All inclusive meals and drinks means there are no hidden surprises. Food is not cordon bleu but for the price they charge it's perfectly adequate. Would recommend to anyone looking for 4 star equivalent. Can't recommend too highly!

Great location for golf courses. Rooms were refurbed and a good standard. Food was a little disappointing and the 2 external restaurants included served a restricted menu the exact same as the hotel, so no point going to them unless you went alacarte at additional expense. ( which we did). The staff were very attentive and friendly and the place was generally clean and tidy. Food aside I’d certainly visit again as the location, 15mins from Airport and 20/25mins to courses was ideal.

Food below par at breakfast and not high quality at dinner except a fresh tuna . We ate out at Gusto and Vamos which was a better experience but expensive wine which is not included . Staff generally very friendly especiallly Feta at breakfast . Pool area fine but staff lacking in cocktail making abilities except Salah who made us margaritas . No good area to shower for late golfers pea I g on the day . Needed to pay 400 MAD for room

The location is convenient for travel to and from the airport and the golf courses that we played. If you want to go out and do some site seeing you need to get a taxi as there is nothing close by. The food choices were very good and there are several bars that operate through the afternoon and evening. There is entertainment on a stage in the evening with opportunities for audience participation which was very popular. The rooms were clean and comfortable but the air conditioning was not very effective which may be an issue when the temperature rises. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

The staff make this hotel they are very friendly and helpful, the rooms were probably the best we have ever stayed in and we have been going on golf trips for over 20 years. Only downside was the food, appreciate All Inclusive is not to everyone’s taste but some of our group struggled to find something they liked. Transfers were seamless and liked the idea of telling the driver what time you wanted to be picked up after the golf as could decided whether you wanted to stay at the club for a drink etc after without having to rush.

for me, the quality of the food was perfect. I’m a big salad eater and the selection on a daily basis was absolutely fabulous. They were tagines Out daily with local fair, but I wasn’t particularly interested in that. Breakfast was perhaps the least interesting meal, while Bacon did appear one day I stuck to fried eggs or omelettes. Pool areas were very nice and we had our own pool with the Rooms, which was well away from Couples with children Which provided us a very pleasant experience.

We enjoyed the golf experience except the Noria is in the middle of a building site with cranes and earthmoving equipment surrounding the course . The hotel was rather tired and the blocks of accommodation rather unattractive visually , however we found that the staff throughout the complex were excellent , friendly and very helpful . the food in the main restaurant was very good and varied with themes on different nights , the only problem we experienced was that on returning from golf no food was available until the restaurant opened at 7-00 pm as the pool bar which provided snacks closed at 4-00 pm . The location of the Hotel was not great as it is situated on a a busy road with no facilities within walking distance and a taxi ride away from Marrakesh .

Great base for a golf holiday. Excellent transfers to & from the courses. Staff all very friendly & attentive. Good food choices at the buffet, however the Al a Carte was very disappointing, so much so that we walked out. The rooms are a good size & a very large comfy double bed. The bathroom was a good size & had a nice shower. We did have an issue with cockroaches in the bathroom which appeared to be coming through the air vent,we reported it & maintenance we’re quick to respond.

Would suggest not going any later than 9am for Breakfast which closes at 10am, as they do not replenishing and it definitely feels like they want you out as soon as possible after 10am, first time we have ever experienced this at a hotel Breakfast. No Tea Bags or Milk provided in the room only Coffee.

Staff were excellent. Very welcoming. All inclusive drinks were okay, but some of the cocktails were not great. Basically stuck to beer and G&T's which were fine. The white wine at dinner was not bad, but the red, not so good. Breakfast had a good range, except for cereals, very limited choice and what cereals were there was fairly poor. Omelettes were good. Evening meal again not bad, but had to pick out the best stuff. For instance, Tuna was particularly good but the chicken tagine was very dry. Tried the Moroccan restaurant which was ok, but soup was luke warm and the lamb tagine very fatty. Main bar and entertainment was good. Good pools, and some good activities like paddle courts (which we didn't find until the day we were departing!)

As a group of 12, we all came to the consensus that the showers in the room was the only reasonable recommendation we can give. The selection of food is to be desired, and 65% of the group suffered for multiple days from the travel stomaches with so much golf to play made the week a drag.

Accommodation was clean and comfortable. In my view, it was not a 5 star rating but a 4 at best as a bit tired in places. The shower attachment was falling off, hand soap stand needed screwing back on the wall and general paint work could do with a touch up. A booklet or leaflet infomation in the room showing the layout of the resort, entertainment planned or where to find this information would have been very useful. Also, knowing what additional restaurants we could use as well as the main restaurant would have helped. There was a lack of information unless you asked at the reception desk. We also found the variety of hot food available was mainly cold right from the start of the restaurant opening. We feel the snack bar should be open when the main restaurant closes in order that food can be available throughout the day like other resorts. There were times when the snack bar would run out of food or would not be open and restaurant was closed. Lastly, they should introduce a ice cream/lolly bar daily for children. The layout of the resort is very attractive and extremely relaxing and if these matters were addressed, it would be a great experience for holiday makers.

The accommodation was good, was just let down by some of the staff not speaking very well English, I understand that it's a European country however as a 5 ⭐ I feel like every member of staff, should at least know some English to help customers. We asked if they had a gym, and one member of staff couldn't understand what we were saying. And it turns out they did have a gym and other facilities but just wasn't shown them.

Somewhat away from the city, you are therefore forced to take a transfer or taxi (didn't see one bus come along the road to visit the attractions in Marrakesh. Great for young families who need to combine kids needs and some cultural activity, but too far out of town for a pure city break. As we were combining golf with limited time in the city, it was fine. Rooms were functional rather than exceptional and the cafeteria style restaurant was a surprise at first, but offered a good selection of local and worldwide foods to suit most tastes.

Very clean hotel and helpful, attentive, smartly dressed staff. All smelt really nice even working hard and considering the 35 degree temperatures. Rooms were spacious, good air conditioning, however a drain smell was always noticeable. Plenty of storage space for clothes and we had golf clubs too. More hangers and an iron and ironing board in our room would have been great. However we did ask and we did receive these. Always plenty of staff around. Food was lovely. Being British having milk in our room to make tea would have been amazing. We did ask and we did get some. Loved our stay and would go back.

Hotel reception and some areas were a bit dated but gardens and pool areas were lovely. Rooms were really nice with good decor, comfortable beds and large tv and fridge. Entertainment was fantastic with Moroccan dancing and fire shows, something happening every night . The staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Food was good but a bit repetitive like normal all inclusive. There is an Italian restaurant (Gusto) owned by this hotel chain , located just outside the hotel and is heavily discounted if you want to use it. Food here was amazing and restaurant ambience was so nice. Drinks in hotel were good and staff were never short on measures. The hotel is located close to airport which was great but there wasn’t much around it worth venturing out for. The hotel was good enough for us anyway, and overall I would definitely recommend it.

they could do with room fridges. It's such a big place and can be a long walk from reception to some rooms, maybe use of buggies may help. Drinks were limited for an all inclusive hotel
