fairways and greens were in good condition but bunkers were either graded dirt or light, small gravel - not sand traps. nice setting with good views of the Atlas mountains. would play again but pricey for the quality.

The experience was spoiled by a 5 and a half hour round waiting on every shot. No sign of any starters or course marshals.

Extremely poor condition I wouldn’t play this course again. Really disappointed

Arrived to find no trollies or buggies. All out on the course despite our 10.30 tee time! We were told by staff that they would try to provide something before we teed off! Eventually provided buggies with 5 minutes to go! The golf club is clearly in financial distress. Lots of broken trollies visible. Despite this, the course remains in good condition. Staff disinterested.

Lovely course that we played very quickly. Big waste areas but not as many as Amelkis. Very modern club house with great food. No 3 on our list.

Fun course, playing this after Akenza its very different, condition was okay but not the best. Long course and enjoyable. Probably wouldnt come back

Waste area was difficult to get your club under the ball. Waste area had lots of small stones everywhere stuck in the ground

Quite a few short par 4's but would go back and play again. Some tricky par 5s with water in play.

Greens a bit patchy. Fairways in great nick. Challenging course, which made it very interesting, great lay out! Fast play, good customer service in the clubhouse etc, would recommend!

Clubhouse and pro shop were closed. No refreshments or scorecards available. Course was wet with visible maintenance; greens were sandy and poorly kept.

One to miss. Arrived 30mins before tee time and it was closed. Practice area was closed. Buggies have seen better days and the score card was a photocopied A4 sheet of paper. We were told to start at the 10th as the front 9 was under maintenance. The course was in poor condition, the greens were unplayable on the day. They were being plugged and sanded, but there were holes on the playing surface and the amount of sand made putting a lottery. The properties round the course were predominantly empty or derelict which added to the sense that investment was needed in the course but in its current condition they should not be taking green fees. We actually thought about walking off after the back 9. We should have as the front 9 was worse. On more than one occasion we had to retrieve our balls from under maintenance buggies round the greens. So one to miss until the work on the course is finished…

Glad we played the course but wouldn’t go back as not as good as others in the area.

Good last day

lovely layout with some great holes. A bit open and scruffy in places but a very enjoyable experience. Buggies not very good condition. No draft beer.

Nice clubhouse for apres golf drinks but locker rooms very basic. Lots of very, very large bunkers and well protected greens. Some in the group liked it, others didn't

Another extremely slow round 2.5 hours for 8 holes, we then tried to dodge around the group in front but had to miss out holes, then got stuck behind another very slow group. Again no course marshalls, affected overall experience. The course itself is quite a tricky course, but the course is a little unkempt, lacking TLC.

Really enjoyed the course. Great free practice area, good fairways and fantastic greens. Fast and true. Unlike the other courses, the fairways were surrounded by compacted sand, can play off without damaging clubs. Would certainly go back.

Joined other golfer on the course and had a good time around the course with his caddie helping to find my balls! Greens are fast and true, lots of massive bunkers. Works taking place on apartment builds around the course. Free range balls on arrival before tee-time - you can hit as many as you like - groundstaff keep re-filling (other countries around the globe take note)

Long course - quite challenging and again beautiful

When we played in the start of November the greens were very soft and were getting ripped up by peoples shoes which was a real shame. The overall condition of the course was good but let down by the greens. This is the only reason it didn't get 5* from me

The course closed for Covid and only reopened 22/23. The course director who we met obviously is passionate about the place and even after 18 months has the place in good order. This is a course to watch will be one of the best.

Probably the worst of the courses we played but still a very good layout. Just a bit tatty in places but greens very good

Nice course, but the clubhouse was very basic and the bar staff tried to rip us off with the bar bill.

Great course to finish our trip. Fantastic staff. Couldn't do enough for you. Great course, but long. Definitely our favorite club. We made the decision to play midday for all 5 rounds which meant we played millionaire golf. Virtually no one else playing that time due to the heat, which was hot, but 4 hour rounds each day made it enjoyable.

Recently reopened, lovely course, Owner and Staff very accommodating; definitely return

The course remains a must play when in Marrakech. Probably the best greens that we played on. The design is superb with some challenging tee shots across sandy wastes when deciding how much of the line/distance to chew off. It’s a great course if you can drive well. Some fiddly second shots to some tight pin positions and decent par 5’s especially 10th and 18th. The Clubhouse is small but functional.

The course has a lot of 'brown' areas and consistencies of these 'browns' differed from one to another. A difficult for someone playing for the first time on this course and there was long carries to avoid the 'browns'.

Good fairways and greens. Toilet and changing facilities are far too small.

Just a delight to visit and play this course!

This is a thinkers course, lots of contours, water hazards bunkers and areas of desert that resulted in having to plan my shot more than my usual level. Some water hazards could have done to have a top up but it is a fantastic course.

A nice course, we were paired with a Polish man who struggled to the hit the ball.

Poor etiquette from slow golfers in front. Greens were patchy and dry. Were true but difficult to keep balls on the green. Course dry so good shots not always rewarded.

Really great golf course with excellent staff and facilities in all areas. The back drop of the Atlas Mountains provides great views whilst playing golf and having a drink and food afterwards. Definitely recommend this club to anyone considering playing in the area.

Very nice course to play, a good length off the yellow tees (about 6,500 yards) and it was quite open and with a fair amount of water. Holes are different and challenging (but not overly so). Course and greens were in good condition. Caddy was very helpful and friendly. Best course I played in Marrakech

We really enjoyed our round. Didn’t realize we would be required to either take cart or have a caddie. We took both and really enjoyed our caddie (Mohamed). He was very helpful on all aspects. Players ahead were slow and Marshall was called who got them moving. Food and wine at clubhouse was very good. Will definitely play there again next time we are back.

practice facilities are very good, pro shop is a bit on expensive side. Clubhouse is not that great

A very good course with lots of interesting holes. The course was long and the waste areas are a feature. The bunkering is very good. The course was in very good condition.

This is a new course - only a few years old and so still maturing. The caddy master was very experienced and outstanding in his approach and views on the course. Well worth more visits

This again is one of the best courses in Marrakesh. The whole group rate Ourika and Assoufid as two of the best course we had played.

The golf course was excellent and well maintained. Green were is great condition and speed constant. The only minus point was that the clubhouse was been refurbished and was not in use.

Extremely tricky and past greens. The round seemed to take longer than the rest for some reason. Friendly staff and caddies though. Will come back again if we return to Morocco.

Choose your tee box carefully as some of the send traps are hard to get over, also playing very long, greens very difficult as fast and sloping but very nice

Wow another great course . There was a lot of landscaped hard sand areas on the fairways which caused problems if you couldn't drive 180 metres. This is not a criticism because they enhanced each fairway and added a degree of difficulty but once again the grass areas were fantastic . The greens were located in awkward positions at times and were of a more common speed . There was also a large reservoir which came into play on 3 or 4 of the holes . A good challenging course that I would love to play again .We did have thunder and lightning which caused all the British golfers to retire to the club house but most of the Europeans kept playing with their caddies .

A well presented golf course and worthy of being part of our six course itinerary.

Enjoyed the course. Spoilt by slow play and numbers on the course. Again due to large parties not able to get off on 1st tee box but moved to the 10th. Caddie Master did try to help but had to cope with shear large party numbers. First round very slow - five and a quarter hours (four ball). Second round four hours(three ball). The problem seemed to stem from two of the players walked each with a caddie.

Beautiful course with big waste bunkers to drag you in if you're wayward off the tee. Greens were well protected by bunkers welk placed to test you. Once on the greens you will be tested by fast greens with plenty of break. Definitely returning in the future

A real thinkers course, with water hazards, a must for next year 😎

Should note that we played off the whites (handicaps of 8). There are some significant carries off the tee and long irons required into table-top greens which make this course a challenge. Only negative is that you have to take a buggy or a caddy rather than being able to walk it yourself.

Surprisingly cheaper than the other courses but a very challenging one - if you want to test you golf, come here... Greens were the best in Marrakech...

The best of the 4 courses we played. Always making you think but not unfairly. Well worth another visit and the views stunning.

Again this was the 3rd year in a row that we had played Palm Golf Marrakesh Ourika and it is a question as to whether this is even better than our favourite, Assoufid. There are some very challenging holes some with fairly long carries to reach fairways. It is a risk & reward course needing some serious course management decisions.

Again early tee time recommended/beneficial to enjoy pressure free round in cool weather. Greeted by Abdul Caddy Master who was excellent host. Practice facilities available included in price along with bottled ware, ice cool box and gps on buggy. Best buggy provided. Modern clubhouse. Great views around course of Atlas Mountains and would definitely recommend/play course again.
