One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in, dirty, uncomfortable and the breakfast was that bad we didn’t even entertain it
Hotel is convenient and centrally located within Ayr. It provides a good base from which to travel to all of the local golf courses situated along the Ayrshire Coast. We had two issues; 1. The bedrooms were not as requested (twins) they were doubles and with our group of gents this caused some early concerns. We scrambled around our group and reallocated certasin rooms to ease the concerns. Hotel unable to provide the twins as requested when asked. 2. Two members of our group were trapped inside a lift for just under 1 hour. The Fire brigade performed admirably to free them. No ones fault just one of those things. The hotel was very apologetic.
It was fine. The only issue was that the room was setup as a double when we were expecting a twin. Hotel moved us to another room, view was a lot worse in that room unfortunately.
Excellent all round good food nice room
As above hotel was brilliant

Ideal mid-level accommodation in an excellentlocation in the centre of Ayr- convenient for bars, restaurants and travelling to local golf courses.
Great place to stay as clean, fairly standard accommodation but very close to lots of great bars & restaurants to eat out in the evening
