A really nice golf course to play with spectacular views on some of the holes. The wind made some of the holes really challenging to play.

Fab cliff-top course with lots of changes in elevation, lots of wind and a number of blind tee shots… a real challenge. Great experience and good value.

What a great club and course, you could say quirky and different especially the back nine, makes you really think about your game. Thoroughly enjoyed it and the views and nothing less than spectacular

The greens had not long been hollow tinned, we should have been informed.

Always hard on a new course especially with many severely sloping fairways but enjoyable challenge and excellent views. When compared to the green fees of Princes Club, it represented good value.

Great views of coastal area, mixed bag of uphill and downhill holes with some unforgiving runs from your tee shots, very windy but worth playing definitely.

The course staff were very accommodating, unfortunately the greens were in poor condition compared to North Foreland. We arrived a little early and took advantage of the putting green next to the 1st tee, we asked the pro shop if we could go out a little earlier as there had been nobody on the tee from 12 but was told no as it was members only before 1pm. We teed off on time and was closely followed by the club pro giving a playing lesson who we let play through ( this wasn't a problem ) however following on after that we were approached by a member of the course staff harassing up to play faster as there was a club competition following us playing greensomes and obviously quicker as they were only playing 2 balls and were constantly hitting balls before or as we were taking our 2nd shots, this was unacceptable, on the 16th hole we had a ball land around 3 feet away from one of my playing partners who was extremely unhappy with this a no shout was forthcoming an apology was received. A member of the playing team in the competition then approached my colleague and there was an altercation with was defused after a brief discussion. Unfortunately we won't be returning or recommending this course a very sad end to fantastic weekend.

Great views, but the golf is testing given exposure to the wind and sloping fairways on the back nine.

We had an exceptional day lovely course and fantastic views off the cliffs . The only problem was and it’s nobody’s fault 5 holes on the back are on massive slopes and because of the dry weather the ball just came back down every hill . But that’s the conditions at the moment but the course was superb and the clubhouse and pro shop first class . Wii return definitely

The ratings are based on out experience on the day and to be fair the Club Secretary advised us on arrival that they have had an equipment failure with the rough cutter and green keeper staffing issues. The green had also just been hollow tined and sanded so were not seen at there best. However the party enjoyed the course and we had a good day. The service in the bar was good had a nice breakfast and drinks afterwards.

Great location when you actually find it - next time I would take a buggy as it has four holes with quite steep fairways. The four all in front of us where playing holiday golf and had two hackers among them - lost two holes from the other players in front of them - due to the volume of players on the course a Marshall should have been on duty

The course is set in a fantastic location with views over the channel and surrounding hills. Quite a hilly course but with generous fairways and little rough it was a fair test of golf. 40mph gusting winds made it more difficult. The greens really let the course down. They had just been hollow cored and sanded and were extremely poor. Probably the worst greens I have played on in all the tours I have been on.

I think this could have been the easier of the courses we played, had it not been for the terrible weather conditions. We played in strong wind and rain for the whole round, which made it very tough. Set up on the cliffs, there are quite a few steep holes, which made it interesting playing into the wind.
