Starting off with a par-5, Yas Acres Golf Course certainly starts as it means to go on, anyone expecting a pushover should turn back now. With water running down the right hand side, anyone favouring a fade is sure to come unstuck on the 1st hole which measures 544-yards from the Black tees. With no less than 5 different tee positions to choose, whatever the round you want at Yas Acres you’ll have the choice to do so.
Stand out holes at Yas Acres are found with the risk and reward par-4 2nd hole which is going to be driveable for the long hitter but few will take that on with the threat of water ready to capture and offline tee-shot or approach.
The 9th is a memorable experience and befitting of it’s stroke index 1 rating. At 535 yards from the black tees, golfers see water in play for their approach shot. Those finishing short, right or long of the flag are sure to find a watery grave.
