VOGO Abu Dhabi Golf Resort & Spa

Very disappointed the hotel is not the same, we got put on the top floor with no view. Complained said they would move us in a couple of days just did not happen.

The hotel was great, ideal for the National golf course. All the staff were very helpful, our room was very comfortable and food and drinks were also very good. I guess the only downside is that the hotel is a taxi ride from almost anywhere but as taxis are very reasonably priced not too much of an issue.

Great hotel, lovely spacious rooms we had the deluxe room with views over the driving range. There was an adults only pool which was really nice especially at the weekend when it was very busy with families so able to get a sun lounger easily. Used Uber to get to restaurants etc, they arrived very quickly Staff very attentive and always happy to help.

Great hotel and lots of places to eat and drink. Room cleanliness left a bit to be desired! Just note that nowhere close by to walk to - must get a taxi/drive if you want to travel to any other bars/restauranrs

Hotel undergoing a revamp under new ownership so would urge caution until things settle down and the works are finished. The half board evening food option now excludes the buffet- meaning dinner options somewhat restricted. Bedrooms are enormous and very well equipped but could benefit from an upgrade. Bucket loads of charm, lovely staff, fantastic for golf. Pool area excellent.

Great staff and people

Two weeks in a junior suite the wonderful Westin hotel. Lovely food, terrific service- always with a warm smile nothing too much trouble- from delightful, mostly Indian, Sri Lankan staff. Manager visible, running his morning team meetings in coffee lounge. Played 6 rounds of golf on 3 courses, all of which were fabulous. Hotel is connected to host course of Hero Cup and the event added extra interest. So golf practice facilities on site. Two nice pools, a gym, a la carte restaurant and buffet all perfect.

Excellent in every way. It is a delight to be able to walk out of the hotel straight onto the course both to watch and to play. Extra special to once again have a home winner.

As a group of golfers we have been touring together for 30 years (Abu Dhabi was in fact our 30th anniversary tour) and therefore we have chosen many hotels etc over the years. The huge advantage the Westin enjoys is it's location on the edge of the golf course and the quality of it's staff. Thereafter it is what you would expect from an upper mid market branded hotel. Generally happy with all aspects from food and comfort to ease of getting about when we went off site. A perfect solution for a golf tour to this location.

The rooms were clean comfortable and spacious.

A perfect place to stay whilst exploring Abu Dhabi. Not just for golfers, but everyone. Ideally situated. Staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful during our stay. Will definitely book here again

The half board rate included an excellent buffet style dinner choice with cuisines from around the world.

At the time of booking we asked for rooms with a balcony and not rooms on the ground floor but when we got to the hotel we had rooms on the ground floor. We were also told we have complimentary drinks and canapés between 6 and 8 every evening but the hotel said we were not entitled. The Sports bar still allows smoking and therefore is unusable. We complained to the hotel but they did nothing about it,
