Hotel staff were excellent rooms were fine apart from mattress which was of a cheap nature and uncomfortable. Food was the same every night and was just edible to say the least. Spirit drinks were not branded and again required a strong stomach. Bottled beer was fine. Definitely book transport to golf courses before you go as some golfers found it a nightmare booking transfers to and from golf courses. A number of times golfers missed there golf bookings through local booking transfers.

Good base, reasonable food and staff are great.

The BeLive was very good, it position to Medina was just unfortunately too far away. The staff are amazing though and couldn't do enough for the guests

A hotel is only as good as its staff. And the staff were A1, From the cleaners to reception, and all the parts in between.made the hotel tick like a Swiss watch. I would say for 4 Golfers on a budget this hotel ticked all the boxes.

This hotel was good, great location. Nice rooms. Not sure about the window in the bathroom that you can see everything though. Shower and toilet. Especially when you’re there with a golfing group sharing a room with your mate. Overall though it was value for money.

Solid hotel, lots of golf groups, great food and drinks and close enough to our courses.

staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms needed some drawers and sockets in more places. Food was quite good but would have liked more variety of food. However good value for money and the pool and outside bar area was good

Great hotel with excellent service. The buffet selection could have been a bit wider, but everything else was very good. Nice rooms, and the entire hotel was extremely clean and tidy.

Excellent value for money. We had a group of 16 golfers who stayed for a mix of 3 & 4 nights. The staff were great at accommodating our needs, and nothing was too much trouble. It was perfect for our golf group. Thanks to all staff and management for a great stay !

Just an adequate hotel. Most staff attentive but a few not so helpful. Good food selection morning,noon and night. Room good. This was a golfing trip with friends so tolerable.

Easy check in. Staff great. Room was clean and airy. Food, as in most buffet style restaurants was OK, and the bar was well attended.

Hotel is in a great location being close to both courses played, but with nothing around it. Food and drink wasn't the best with little selection, snack bar was good. Our driver Abdou just could do enough for us and we made a good friend over the course of the weekend. He is a real credit the company.

This is a small hotel with very limited facilities and altogether a little cramped. Just one pool and everyone on top of each other with loud music at times during late morning and mid afternoon when games are being played by the pool supervised by the entertainment staff. There is a very small area at the far end which is “adults only” and appears to be a token effort for those wanting to be away from children. The rooms are spacious and luckily we had a ground floor room with a small patio with two sun beds so didn’t have to be by the pool where space was very limited. The food was plentiful but generally rather bland and repetitive. Local drinks only and largely tasteless and clearly very low in alcohol content but at least it meant there was no drunken antics. Guests were mainly British with a smattering of locals. Staff very friendly and efficient

Our rooms were upgraded to duplex accommodation, this was fantastic for our (4) group, ample space with individual bathroom, very good overall.

Very attentive staff with plenty of activities for adults (very competitive water polo) and kids would also be welcomed.

Hotel was ideally located for our purposes. Wished we gone adult only as lots of kids and not much room in the pool, after a hot days golf. Staff very friendly, food pretty good and decent rooms, regularly cleaned

Very nice hotel to stay at. Staff are excellent and very attentive. Buffet style food was very good, considering the number of people they cater for.

Hotel was ok for what we needed but if I was being picky the pool was only open from 10am to 6pm and we didn’t see much cleaning going on before that. Food and Buffett restaurant had a good choice with quality dishes. The entertainment was a bit lacking, they just had a DJ playing from a phone/laptop Thursday and Friday. Also the hotels not within walking distance to anything so you do have to get a taxi or the shuttle anywhere.

Hotel was not a 4/5 star hotel. Food and drink was very basic. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. I’d say hotel was 3 star a good 3 star.

Everything about the hotel was excellent except the food and drink offering. The choice and quality of both the food and alcoholic drinks was pretty poor and definitely not what I would expect from a 4 star AI package. It was 3-3.5 star standard at best.

Standard All-Inclusive hotel. Food was as expected, nothing exciting. Service at the front desk very helpful. Pool nice and clean. Rooms also.

On arrival the hotel was very clean and welcoming. Check in was easy, please be aware of a city tax and a room charge roughly £100, of which you will get £80 back. The staff were all willing to accommodate any requests, very friendly and always smiling. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

Typical family place: lots of activities around the day but on the single place around the swimmingpool. So lot of noise and heavy music. But the atmosphere is nice, and people are kind.

When first enquiring about golf in Morocco the info sent to me was about the adults only hotel, quote for family hotel(when talking to other golf groups it was the same for them) my fault for not checking though. But had some money pinched out of one room, and had a child intrude in another room, which really spooked the guy it happened to

Trip started poorly as Transfer from airport was cancelled by the company booked to pick us up! Allot of confusion after many calls and being advised that the bus was there only to be told after an hour that it had in fact been cancelled and we needed to find our own way to the hotel! Hotel very nice and location for golf very good. Good range of Food and as expected for mass buffet, 1 night separate dinner experience was very good, everyone enjoyed the quality of the food. Rooms very nice and cleaned to good standard every day.

Hotel was ideal for what we needed (4 lads on a golf trip). 2 x twin rooms. Swimming pool, table tennis and darts kept us amused along with the all inclusive bar (although the staff didn't like opening a 2nd bottle of spirit in a night). Staff were all very friendly! One of our rooms did have a bit of a funny smell but we didn't complain so can't really fault the hotel as I'm sure they would have moved us to a new room.

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Excellent, friendly staff. Food similar all week, but plentiful. Drinks average (draught beer not always working, only 1 other bottled beer), which often ran out. Cocktails poor - no imported drinks. This may have been due to supply chain issues post the earthquake, but no one gave us an explanation. Had a terrible meal at their special restaurant (La Patio Andalouse) - but this was included anyway, so had the ability to go the buffet restaurant afterwards. Entertainment was average - staff did their best.

Perfect for what we required,group of 12 boys looking to have beers/drinks after the rounds of golf.food pretty basic but more than adequate.rooms were brilliant,air conditioning great.staff excellent.

Good hotel in a great location. Very clean and staff were very good. Only a couple of small minor criticisms. 1. The night entertainment was put up of tea….and 2, the pool has a few tiles that have come loose. Other than that, can’t really fault it.

Food and staff excellent, but buffet food temperature should have been hotter. Only negative was the loud music all day at the pool, and mostly catering for all inclusive pool residents.

The majority of the staff are warm and welcoming.The rooms are air conditioned and to a high standard . The food was adequate but probably not aimed at the English , but on the whole of a good quality.The bar staff are great but the choice and quality of drinks not great , but it is a non alcoholic country so maybe to be expected.

The rooms were nice enough, the food was ok. The all inclusive is not really all inclusive. Very boring in the evenings. The hotel is a bit out of the way and not good for those wanting to actually experience Marrakech.

Everything was really good. My biggest criticism is the ridiculous amount of plastic being consumed - there are plastic bottles being handed out at every meal (what is wrong with a jug and a glass?), single use plastic bowls and cups, and even plastic spoons. It is an environmental nightmare

Great hotel for family break. Not the best for adult golfers. The Be Live adult only hotel across the road more suitable

Room service happened late, sometimes after 5.00pm. Restaurant is cafeteria style and food is disappointing for a 4 star.

More suited to kids and families. Food and drinks all of poor quality. If your on a budget this would be suitable but this is not great for groups of golfers
