Enjoyed the day, it was very quiet on the course probably due to time of year. Nice signature hole on the 8th

What a course best in Marrakesh- greens rapid but true - play off yellows if 10 handicap or above but anyone less the whites are a challenge Fantastic conditions Pre book buggies

Visual appeal: The combination of varied landscaping (olive trees, lavender fields, desert terrain) plus the water features and mountain backdrop make for a memorable round. Original design: The architect Steve Forrest of Hills & Forrest created something that stands out among regional golf courses by blending theme, nature and architecture. Golf and More Versatility for skill levels: With multiple tee lengths and a varied layout, both intermediate and more advanced golfers can enjoy the challenge.

A course and golf resort with huge potential. The surrounds are a massive redevelopment site and the course weaves its way through with well signposted paths for buggies - The course itself was well maintained and really interesting . Challenging in places with some great signature holes - 8th, 9th, 18th particularly memorable. The staff were really helpful and we booked a 2nd round on the basis of how much we had enjoyed it. Stunning clubhouse with decent food offer and great views.

Had 2 4 balls in front that were playing well behind the pace of play. Total round just under 5 hours due to very slow play which spoiled the game. There were no Marshalls checking golfers were keeping up with play. Course overall in great condition.

Lovely course and fabulous clubhouse. The Caddymaster sent us down the back 9 as we were a 2 ball which meant we had a quick round! Allowed us to spend more time in the clubhouse which was fab and looked to be a dining destination for locals. Definitely would return!

Wow what a great course, front 9 holes was in a housing estate or villas they are building so most fairways were tight as didn’t fancy hitting the houses, we played off the black tees and would say this was the best course we played all week, looking forward to going back and playing this again

I would say this was the weakest of the courses we played but still in excellent condition and again very quiet. Otherwise very similar to Al Maaden with lots of building around the course

Great course. Bit off that bar wouldn't serve us cos of wearing shorts and flip flops! It's blooming hot and we needed a drink. There is a massive of room so why don't they create a separate spike bar?? Ridiculous!!!

There is a lot of construction work going on around the front 9 which spoiled the experience somewhat, that said it was a lovely course with a few quirky holes. Food in the restaurant was great and would recommend the course to friends.

Would never recommend this course at current time. It’s like playing on an industrial site as the whole course has a massive building project going right through the middle and there is no view at any stage without at least six massive cranes in your eyeliner. On one tea we couldn’t tee off without the constant hammering and noise of the work going on fifteen yards behind the tee. So I’m glad we gotThisn one out of the way first as not what it says on the can if you read the website. However the restaurant was superb and I’d recommend anyone to go there just for lunch.more staff than guests and all very attentive.

The driving range was below average with worn golf balls. The golf course is quite new with extensive building works boarding the course and I'm sure the course views will be different in years to come. Being a fairly new course there are few trees thus making it rather featureless. This was a painfully slow round and unfortunately I only got to the 12th and had to give up the remainder of the round.

Noria is a great design that continues to improve and will be even more spectacular once again when one of the water features is relined. The design is unique (rectangular greens etc) but it works well and the 9th & 18th are great holes. The back nine in particular has some challenging par 4’s where the driver stays in the bag and the 12th is a decent par 3 especially with a back left pin. It’s a must course when in Marrakech. The Clubhouse was being rebuilt so it currently rates as a bit weak. NB alchohol is not served.

Great, but quirky Course Feature by rectangular water features. The clubhouse facilities were are real let down as was the case last year. The sand in the bunkers throughout the course was caked , due to excess of water seeping in to the bunkers

Course was in amazing condition as LET qualifier was being played two days after our round. Fairways quite wide but plenty of bunkers strategically placed to catch wayward shots. Greens were scary quick but rolled perfectly. Interesting water features. Played from yellow tees which proved long enough to be testing. Off the blacks turns it into a monster. Great practice facilities. Limited clubhouse facilities at present, but food and drinks (non alcoholic) available

✓12 Oct 2023
Had 18 temporary tees when we played. Not many were flat which was a nightmare for par 5's. Greens were quick, but that was about it. Long walks between holes. No bar open - it was being built. Only Orangina, Water and coffee available at Pro Shop.

We went out of season - the course was in better condition than expected and extremely quiet. The staff were very helpful. The only negative for us that at the time of our visit was they were doing building work on the club house so there was no bar or restaurant. I expect it will be great when the work is done.

We had a five and a half hour round which was very frustrating. The course is very bland especially the first nine and quite in memorable. The only real challenge is the number of bunkers but many of the holes are a green in the middle of a field. Won’t be rushing back there.

Nice friendly reception from the staff. Course was empty so could go early. Nice looking holes but stray from the fairway the long grass gripped your ball and swallowed it up.

✓1 Oct 2019
The golf cousre was very good but there was 2 similar short holes almost next to each other. Also inbetween these holes was a par 3 which had a temporary green which we had no idea of the distance. The greens were a bit patchy and it looked as though there was maintenance going on. Finally I found the rough just off some of the fairway not consistent, on some occasion being penalised for being 5 yards off the fairway.

We liked that the range balls were included in the green fee. Good practice facilities, chipping green, putting green. Some of the greens had been hollow tined, which was a disappointment. memorable rectangular greens on the 8th 9th and 18th. Expensive club house. Our transfers were on time and comfortable.

This is a decent golf course, friendly staff, good practice facilities. The fairways and greens were in good condition. Some of the greens were square or rectangular in shape, and some of the water was also in very regular shapes. Overall th course was a reasonable test for our first day. My son wants me to point out that of the three courses we played, Noria did by far the best Club Sandwich.

We have now played Noria each of the last 3 years at the same time of year, the condition of the course has improved considerably during this time. We enjoyed lunch on the balcony overlooking the 9th & 18th holes, very good value for money with an excellent view over the course and its unique "square greens"

We virtually had the golf club to ourselves! Great facilities and well looked after. As with all courses here, they change during the day as the heat evaporates the water they need to put on the course each day. Good challenge for a mixed group of golfers.

Noria was our favourite course it was well presented with great tees fairways and greens this course was an absolute pleasure to play all the holes presented a different challenge with bunkers, water and rough in the rite places if I had to moan about anything some of the bunkers were not In the best condition I.e not enough sand in them but that applies to all the courses we played!! The driving range was 2nd to none with no extra cost!! The 19th hole was a lovely place to be but along with all the courses we played the drinks were expensive at £30 for 4 beers!! In general this is an astounding course and is on par with any of the best courses I've played around the world!
