Hotel overall was brilliant with good pool and bar facility’s, the rooms were very spacious and house keeping were great if I could pick 1 fault it would be the rooms are getting a little dated but your only sleeping in them.

Hotels dated but very clean and staff are fantastic. For a golf trip, that’s all you really want. It’s also situated on a busy road which might seem like a negative but when trying to get Ubers it’s so easy. There’s also a shop down by reception with cheap water, snacks sun cream etc. We’d stay here again.

Better information when booking should be provided. It was irritating to find there was a daily charge for using the hotel car park. We had no safe in our room and told we had to pay a daily charge. They would not replace toiletries and tea/coffee in rooms without an extra charge. There was an end of season tiredness to the hotel. You should also provide the full address of the hotel (for SatNav) as it was not easy to get to when we first arrived.

The Blue Bay Banus is desperately in need of a refurbishment. The buffet breakfast is adequate with a reasonable selection of hot and cold food. The bar is very dated and closes at 11.45. Rooms are in need of updating as is the hotel. The pool is a very good size.

Not anywhere close to the same standard as had been promised, this was an alternative to our previously booked hotel (Melia Banus) and is never a 4* hotel. Rooms we were allocated looked onto the extremely noisy 4 lane A-7 dual carriageway, we questioned why with reception and were told that we had standard rooms and would have had to pay extra in advance for rooms away from the road. The rooms themselves were very basic, the beds in particular were very uncomfortable to point that I could not play our Sunday round at Los Naranjos due to back pain, I’ve had book an emergency visit to a chiropractor as soon as I landed from our flight yesterday afternoon.

Slightly dated, the Hotel was welcoming, staff were attentive and friendly. No tea and coffee facilities in room, you have to pay extra for Wi-fi and request an iron and don't get an ironing board. TV channels all in Spanish (fine but with no Wi-Fi you usually get a news channel, BBC eg).

Lovely hotel, nice pool and pool bar, breakfast lots of variety and always good quality. Bedrooms were basic but comfy. Location was about a 25 minute walk to Puerto Banus or 20 minute walk to San Pedro. Only criticism of the hotel would be the pool bar didn't serve food long enough through the day to accomodate late afternoon snacks.

Very good location near to golf courses and Puerto Banus. We were bead & breakfast, food was ok. We also choe to pay for the buffet one night for €25. The food was poor, thankfully we were not all inclusive.
