Just outside Agadir, the landscape is punctuated by eucalyptus and stands of broom trees, which presented Robinson with a remarkably beautiful blank canvas. In typipcal style, he took full advantage, manufacturing a golf course that is as beautiful as it is enjoyable. Played from the championship tees, it has enough teeth to challenge even the most talented golfers, yet the separate sets of tees ensure that the layout is accessible for players of all standards.
Since its 1999 inception, Golf Les Dunes has been at the forefront of the golfing boom in Morocco, and remains one of the country's most attractive courses today.

Nice course but some beginners that really shouldn’t have been on the main course

Golf at Les Dunes was really enjoyable. The course has lots of trees and forest areas. We played the Red and Yellow combination. The course was in good condition and there are some lovely views. At the moment the clubhouse, restaurant and bar are closed for renovation, which is worth noting. The course itself is fairly short but still enjoyable. The organisation when we arrived was not ideal. There was very little guidance and you are expected to know where to go. I gave my booking to the Master Caddy and ended up paired with two players who had not booked the same course and did not have a buggy. All the caddies were very kind and helpful, which made the experience more enjoyable despite the organisational issues. One slightly awkward moment was seeing a disagreement between a caddy and the caddy master in front of customers, which did not look very professional.

Clubhouse facilities undergoing big changes nowhere near finished so went straight back to hotel. Course needs a lot of maintenance to be up to scratch.
