Right on Agadir's 10 km stretch of fine sand, the Riu Palace Tikida Agadir sits directly on the beachfront promenade with an exclusive beach section reserved for hotel guests. You're looking at a proper 5-star all-inclusive setup, one kilometre from Agadir centre where you'll find the full spread of boutiques, bazaars, restaurants, cafés and nightlife. The famous Golf du Soleil course is roughly 10 minutes by car, making this an ideal base for golfers who want beach, golf and easy access to the city in one package.
It's a classic beach-resort base for a Morocco golf break, with enough going on onsite for the non-golf bits of the trip, but close enough to town that you can mix in some local colour. If you want a straightforward, good-value all-inclusive setup where you can play golf, eat well and switch off by the sea, this one does the job nicely. Ten minutes to Golf du Soleil is exactly what you want on a week where you're trying to squeeze in four rounds without losing half your day to transfers.
Who is this for?
Golfers and groups looking for a full-service, all-inclusive beach resort within easy reach of Agadir's golf courses and nightlife, with the option to combine rounds with spa treatments, beach time and Moroccan culture.
Who is it best for?
Couples and groups who want hassle-free golf holidays where everything is included, prefer resort-style comfort over boutique character, and value the flexibility of 24-hour dining, multiple restaurants and direct beach access alongside convenient golf.

We’ve got it all covered!
We have included everything that you need for a perfect golf trip.
The hotel has 444 rooms and runs on Riu's all-inclusive model, which suits golf groups who prefer predictable costs and minimal faff once they arrive. Rooms are set up for proper downtime after 18 holes, with air conditioning, satellite TV, a safe and a balcony or terrace. Sea-view rooms are available, so if the view matters, it's worth requesting one at the point of booking. The minibar is included as part of the all-inclusive package, with details varying by room type.
Food-wise, you've got the main buffet restaurant for day-to-day convenience, plus three themed options when you fancy a change. "Marrakech" is the Moroccan restaurant, leaning into the big regional flavours, Berber, Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, African and Moorish cuisine all in one menu. "Krystal" covers fusion-style, modern international dishes, and "Il Mare" is the Italian option, operating in summer. Dress code is worth noting for groups packing light: evenings are smart-casual and long trousers are expected.
Golfers will appreciate the breakfast buffet, which is substantial and works well for early starts. If you've got an early tee time, this is the sort of breakfast buffet you actually want. Later on, bars across the hotel typically serve until midnight, ideal for a relaxed drink after dinner or a low-key nightcap before an early tee time. Twice-weekly themed buffets add variety to the week, and drinks and refreshments are available in the pool bar, lounge bar and lobby bar, so you're covered whether you're winding down after golf or gearing up for a night out in Agadir.
When you're not on the course, there's an outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, a gym and a thalassotherapy centre that's ideal for loosening up after a few rounds. The thalassotherapy centre is a standout feature, offering seawater-based treatments, massages and hydrotherapy that are particularly effective for post-golf recovery. If you want to get out and about, horse riding and bike hire can be arranged through the hotel, and the beach is right there when you need it.
In short, the Riu Palace Tikida Agadir is a solid choice for golfers who want a full-service, all-inclusive base on Agadir's beachfront, with easy access to Golf du Soleil and the city centre, and the option to combine rounds with spa treatments, beach time and Moroccan dining.

The hotel met our expectations in most respects. The facilities are good, it is clean and the location is perfect. The food was varied, fresh, well cooked and presented and plentiful. We had a few issues with our bathroom which took 5 days to resolve so one star is knocked off. Lastly and most importantly, the staff. Amazing. They never stop, they're cheerful, helpful multi-lingual and credit to Riu Hotels.
